They have so much to choose from I love this store and the ladies are friendly in this store they have great hospitality when you come there friendly smiles they say hello ? to you when you enter the store they ask do you need service they are great give em all a raise they deserve it ❤️ good service more pay

I do not recommend this place of employment. I worked there and it was very toxic. They show favoritism amongst the employees let certain people take breaks longer than others. The managers left the store whenever they wanted leaving us in the stores unattended. Very jealous of new workers who come in and perform better then them, nasty attitudes and rude.

The workers were very helpful. They didn't have a big variety of clothing in my opinion, but did offer some nice selections and the pricing is very affordable.

Went to Rainbow, the two sales ladies were so helpful, they even located the other sandal that was on display for me. I must say the Overland Plaza store gets a high rating from me.

We got to the store at 5:50pm a lady came to the door and said they was closed. Myself and the other lady walking to the door said “you guys close at 6p” (the internet says 630p) and she said we do close at 6p and we’re closing now and locked the the door in our face! I needed a pair of boots for a funeral and I live 2hrs away from the store. Poor customer service!!!
