It’s So Hard To Get Someone On The Phone With This Agency. They Never Answer The Office Phones Or Return Calls For That Matter. Only Way Is Through Email And That Takes Days At A Time

Randstad is well-known and sends a lot of emails with what seem like good candidates. However, each time anyone from my organization reaches out via email to the people who send these emails (and they get the same exact email from 3 or 4 different people the same day), no one ever responds back to their email inquiries - so they end up reaching out to a different staffing agency. Our folks are confused as to why they are getting the exact same email, from multiple people, several times a day - but then no one from Randstad ever follows up when they send an email. This is just odd - it has happened at least 5 different times, and to at least 4 different people at our company (with a few different Randstad people who sent the original email offering these candidates). Seems confusing.

Very Professional atmosphere! The representatives there do not hesitate to make you feel comfortable! They do the utmost best to find you the job that not only fits your skills, but your pay, and schedule as well! I was surprised that I was treated so well! Especially when most temp places don't show much care in regards to their workers! I had the pleasure of having Mrs. Jerri Baker as my representative! She was very patient and helpful! Funny and friendly also! Julia was also a pleasure! and extremely helpful and friendly! Great work you guys! ??

Best service I've ever had from any temp agency hands down. Very friendly, upbeat, loving environment. Kind, generous, wonderfully professional women. Very helpful and assertive about there work. I'd show up just to hang out with them. If I could I'd give them more stars. ????❤️

If you got fired or laid off durring the pandemic, I hope you are ready to pay back your unemployment. This company is cool with lying to the government and saying you quit after you get told not to come back to work because you asked to be paid fairly for your work.

Someone by the same of Kota House reached out to me via email about a position I was willing to accept. We had been going back in fourth for quite some time until he asked me to email 2 forms of ID. Once I sent the information he stopped all communication. I have called and left voicemails and have not gotten an answer. Not sure what’s going on but if I would have known this would happen I would have not sent my personal information.

Randstad is one the greatest temp agency out there they will find you work and as long as you do your job where you get places at it a great chance for you to get hired on with the company Randstad put you at I would recommend people who looking for work to go to Randstad I been working for Randstad for two months now the end of February 2019 I be hired on with the company Randstad place me at and I think Randstad for everything and giving me the opportunity to do something positive I do appreciate Randstad for everything I do give Randstad a 5 star rating
