On 3/19, I just left for work and had to run to this bank to make a small deposit. It was around 4:53pm and the atm was down, so I go to the lobby. There were two tellers and whom I assume is their manager. One was counting money and the other one was on her phone(Rita). I was the only customer there. The lady counting the cash said, "Go to her." I walked up to Rita who told me " Go to her" and I went back to cash counting lady, "No, go to her" and back to Rita, "Go to her". I guess this was a joke but I didn't see anything funny and they both laughed at me. I was finally taken care of and I just left feeling extremely annoyed andblaughed behind my back as I walked out feeling humiliated. I hope the owner sees this and wants to meet up with me because I am calling out all of the unprofessionalism and rudeness that goes on in this bank. I get that I was there at the last minute but I couldn't help that and the bank isn't open on Saturdays like most locations. I still deserve the same respect and professionalism as everyone else.

Terrible service I was in the bank. They told me my problem was solved to wait till after midnight try again oh no wasn’t solved now they can’t help me on the phone. This account will be closed.

Made me feel like a criminal when getting my money out. Gave them my ID which is the same ID that I opened the account with in the same branch but apparently my ID that I can get on an airplane with was not good enough to get MY money out of the account. When speaking to the manager, he just said we can close your account if you want.

Was in process of consolidating our cash assets to the branch in lake st louis. When doing so needed to urgently wire monies to a bank in Texas. Four hours of following the directions of local branch and phone in help line and I am 30 minutes away from the deadline. Finally get told by rep at corporate I needed to go into bank. Go in and meet Kristy who stats with now how do I want to wire it. I don't know I tell her I want to take money out of my account and send it to an account in Texas. Talk a bit then am told "oh you want to wire the money" HELLO Woman is acting cutsie and making a lot of comments. I tell her to just focus on the task at hand - when she says "well if you don't like cutsie how would you like rude or condescending"? I mean I'm the one working with this bank for four hours and not getting anywhere. After the transaction, I went hone and immediatelly transferred the entire account to another institution. We are blessed. it was not a small sum. I think I was treated this way because I am a senior and have limited patience with people who cannot or will not do what they are paid for. OH and BY the way - the woman who was so irritable is the same who told me all this could be done online from home.

Advertising Western Union Service, asked teller to confirm that they had the service she said yes. Wife drew money out of the ATM, got back in line. When she got to the teller, she was told sorry we don't have anyone that has the credentials working right now. Realy!!!?

Worse financial institution to bank with. Close to two weeks to deposit a payroll check. Customer service is worthless weather it be in person, over the phone or mobile banking.

Extremely long wait for the one teller. They used to have two and sometimes three tellers working at once. Now every time I go in to just get some cash out of my checking account, just one teller on duty. I will not be using this location anymore, which is sad because I work one block from this location.

The manager has an extremely entitled and deplorable attitude! The worst customer service I have ever experienced in my entire existence. This place gives me so much anxiety every time I come here they are unable to address the issue, but another regions location is more than able to handle what is being requested. Get a new team immediately because everyone they is terrible!
