Regions bank is completely inept at banking. I will say the employees try to help but when your banking system is SO messed up, I would not trust my money here for ANY incentive at all!

If 0 stars was possible, it would be there. I am extremely disappointed in this bank and their staff. Giving the wrong information out to people when you handle their money should NOT be taken lightly. Seems like as soon as you get your account opened up, you officially don’t matter anymore and trust me the attitude they will give you, shows that indeed.. I’m never one to complain but having some type of courtesy to the people whom keep your business running should be a must. Officially lost my business. Officially lost my service. Officially lost my families service as well. Depositing checks into the wrong account, billing people when you are at fault for it, withholding checks from customers???? Please, save your time and go elsewhere.

I deposited a check on a Saturday and a lady teller said it would be available Monday. Check was needed direly to pay rent on time! When Monday came around my check did not clear. Called to figure out the situation and talked to a man named Bill. He said the check won't clear till Tuesday. It would be nice not get two different answers from two different people. However the man I spoke with was rude to me and also to my girlfriend when she also tried to speak with him. I do not appreciate people taking care of my money if they don't know what they are saying or doing!

I normally just do my banking online and through ATM but when I actually needed help from the staff members recently, they were super nice and very helpful.

Going to the bank sucks, and we all know it. You know what doesn't suck? Going to Region's over there in Shrewsbury. I never thought I would ever say something like this out loud, but that's all Being an Adult is, isn't it? Ask for Jared. Super nice guy. Helped me out quickly with knowledge and friendliness. Really, every single employee I talked to that day was super friendly. As soon as I possibly can, I'm moving my checking account over to Region's.

Our business has been with Regions for several years now. Their service has gone down hill the past couple years. No customer courtesy, crazy fees and impossible to get a hold of a human being at a local branch.

This is the worst bank I've done business with. Good luck getting a return call! I'm dealing as a POA with four banking institutions for a parent with dementia, and their legal department has given me the complete run around. Our attorney has advised me to withdraw all of my parent's money and move it to another bank/credit union of theirs.
