Torrey is an amazing asset to your team. He is knowledgeable, friendly, and understanding of tenant needs. He has always shown great professionalism and respect. He has even helped me catch my dog when she snuck out past me one time.

Donald helped with my maintenance request (new mailbox key) within a few days, key was available for pickup at leasing office👍
Update: Key FOB had issues and leasing office was happy to switch out faulty key for new mobile access via Schlage, worked first try! Renew Centennial keeping up with the times, would recommend this apartment if you want to live in the future

Living in this apartment complex has been nothing short of a nightmare and I have only been here for 9 months. In those 9 months I have dealt with being placed in a unit that was not at all what I requested or was previously shown. The unit was in no way prepared for a tenant. As a result I was placed in one of their show units. The full sink had to be replaced within 2 months after continuous flooding and was poorly done. A disgruntled employee “misplaced” the key to my unit and I was only notified after I refused to provide the key to my apartment without any explanation as to why they needed it. A wall in my closet was removed for emergency maintenance in the unit below me and was not replaced for months without any updates. I pay for amenities that I cannot use such as the laundromat that continuously floods or the gym that has flooded so much that all equipment has been rusted for months. Leasing office staff are very hard to get in contact with and are rarely informed themselves. These issues are only a few of what I’ve experienced in such a short time.

100% agree with the other reviewers who left negative reviews. I have never in my life lived in an apartment complex this terrible. Some people in the leasing office are not helpful at all. It doesn't seem like they know what they are doing or even care. Also, a few of the maintenance workers don't care either. I had two requests put in. Both were marked as completed and they didn't fix anything and haven't been back. How are you going to mark an issue as completed without even coming in to check it out? Black mold is all over the place and the drywall is crumbling and no one seems to care. After my lease is up, I will be running far from this place. If I could give them zero stars, I would.

Dealing with Renew Centennial was a nightmare. I came expecting to see the actual unit but was only shown a model. The leasing agent, Yolanda, seemed irritated and dismissive when I expressed concerns about signing a lease without checking the unit that I'd be moving into. My application took nearly a week to approve and despite having a solid credit score, came with unreasonable conditions: either a $2000 deposit or a $60 monthly fee. Finally, they showed us the apartment the day before we were supposed to move in and it looked very different from the model. So we ended up not signing the lease.
Bottom line: Do not sign a lease here without seeing your exact unit first!!

I couldn't have asked for a better leasing agent. Aris went above and beyond to take care of all of my needs, thoroughly communicated and has made my move in experience seamless. Did I mention my new home is tea ? Yeah !! ReNew Centennial doesnt disappoint.

I’ve lived here about 1.3 years now (renewed 1 yr lease few months ago) and I’ve honestly really enjoyed it here. In my own experience, the best part has been the maintenance has been awesome. Needed them several times and I’d usually have them here the next day unless it was a really big task, even then was dealt with pretty quickly. Wish I remembered all the names but I remember Donald and Steven especially.
I also have a dog and really like how pet friendly it is. Dog park and dog bag stations throughout the community. They also hold a lot of community events (which I honestly don’t go to many but they seem nice). Overall, I’ve lived in different spots in U.S. and overseas and it’s been one of my favorite spots. (Besides it being in Missouri lol)

I submitted valid paystubs from my current employer and explained that I was in a domestic violence situation with limited access to additional documents. Aris not only claimed the paystubs were invalid, but also falsely stated I don’t work there—despite me speaking directly with my employer the same day, who confirmed I absolutely do.
Instead of taking the time to verify things properly or offer realistic alternatives, she rushed to deny everything and gave me a same-day deadline while knowing my situation. There was no compassion, no flexibility, and no professionalism in how this was handled. If this is how they treat people actively trying to move forward from a crisis, it speaks volumes about their values.
8/22/25 I previously disputed through my bank and got my money back. They sent this I never lived there.

The dry wall gentleman came before 9 am, earlier than I expected, to patch the hole in the bathroom ceiling. After announcing his arrival, he went back to his truck to give me a few minutes to get dressed. He carefully assessed the situation, then covered everything completing so as not to make a mess. He did an excellent job of repairing the hole. He noticed another spot on the wall near the bathtub and patched it up. He was quiet, polite, and he worked quickly, and efficiently.

Aris was absolutely wonderful but the lady with dreads is a different story. My sister moved in and has at least four maintenance request since moving in. On top of that the air conditioning stopped working, TWO MAN have come in here and reported they fixed it and didn’t. Then when i asked her something to help the heat in the apartment the lady was rude and telling me the maintenance is one it, i don’t like this at all. My sister faints in heat and that’s very scary. It’s a shame. If anybody has corporate number let me know because ain’t no way TWO men came in here and it’s still 95 degrees plus 103 degrees outside. Ain’t even been in the apartment for a month mind you
