As someone who was a big fan of them for multiple locations, they have always had shady billing (their employees openly admit it). When transferring it was shady, but workable because you stayed with them. Once I left though, they charged me for 3 months that I was not there, the second I refuted it they threatened legal action. Never go with this company.

WARNING!!! They said to contact them and when I did this is literally their reply (see below). This is my property at the storage where they just dumped my belongings into an illegal until. Obviously it wasn't like this when it was picked up or they would've documented it. I can counter EVERY ONE OF THEIR LIES WITH PHOTOS and, more importantly, I've kept EVERY COMMUNICATION. I can't reach them. Their phones have been disconnected. I've already retained a law firm but I now have to file a criminal case. If you're dealing with a broker CONFIRM they are not doing business with these guys. DANGER!! You've told me to file a request yet you BLOCKED ME, stored my property illegally in a public storage only 15 miles from where you picked it up without my permission, not to mentioned destroying my property. This is YOUR pack job YOU put in the illegal storage until you rented without my notification or even approval. You're liars and you know my attorney has already sent you a letter. I'd suggest refraining from posting to cover your scams. You're making my case for me.FRAUDSTERS

Unreliable service. We can't get our moving packages for two months right now. We have to keep chasing them by ourselves. No any feedback, phone call pick up, block our email and cell phones, it's a long story I can tell. They didn't honor the service contract and leave issues to us. DON'T use their service! Nightmare for sure!!

These gentlemen were EXCELLENT! On time, hustled like no other and were very concerned about the well being of our goods and furniture. I highly recommend them to anyone looking for a fast, economical and professional move.ðŸ‘

Super helpful and well priced. They communicated openly about timelines and expectations. I couldn't get my TV back into the box properly. They helped me pack it, and then set it up in the new home. I would recommend them to others.

Average movers. The three movers we got were quick because they didn't take furniture apart but got a little careless at times. Some of our furniture got damaged. I did find it inappropriate when the lead guy asked my sister for her phone number to contact her regarding a babysitting job, only to end up asking her out for a drink. Another guy looked inside our fridge when he thought no one was around. They put together our king size bed, and I now see that the 3 legs that should be holding up the wood frame in the middle were just tossed under the bed. They also stained the carpet with their shoes. I don't plan on using their services again.

This is the most innovative office location I have ever experienced. The people at Regis are fantastic. It is almost like having your own concierge only for your business. The office location itself is great and the set-up is tailored to my needs.Everything from parking to receptions to equipment to environment controls are provided by the this excellent service. It is more than just a hosted location, the provide an atmosphere of expanding possibilities for any business, large or small.
