I have not got my furniture yet! I should have gotten it Saturday they didn’t call I had to call them and they were rude and I STILL DON’T HAVE MY FURNITURE!!!

You could communicate with them about your account and do your best to keep your account in good standing and they would blow your phone up as if you don’t pay. They used to people running off on them and not answering the phone for them when they call. They’ll send people to your door to use that as a scare tactic to get you to pay. They try to threaten you with late fees. They’ll pull the stunt corporate is making me do this. They will run away a good customer in a heartbeat. I received two phone calls in one day from two different people in the same day they sent a store representative to my house. The next day I received another phone call after speaking to a different store representative a day prior about when I’ll pay my account. You can call them and communicate when you’ll be paying on your account and they’ll put it in the system to a day that you don’t have to agree with. If you don’t pay attention to the stuff they do you’ll be out of a lot of money. I had to make multiple attempts to get my account corrected and they finally just got that correct. They also don’t know how to talk to people when they call you on the phone. You don’t have to harass people who make a way to communicate and pay their accounts. I’ve had my account since 2021 and I look forward to closing my account next month. Only good person in the store is Ken (manager) Ken always is professional. Keith and Wendell are also professional. You will be better off just buying furniture outright and not paying the high interest rates. They need to train their staff all across the board on how to notate accounts, so people can stop receiving so many repetitive phone calls often and having to repeat themselves.

If you ever need to rent an appliance. Please try them out. My fiance got a washer and dryer from them and it's great. They have quality appliances for your buck and it wont hurt your wallet or bank. Weekly, bi- weekly and monthly options on payments. But dont just take me word for it. Go see for yourself. And get the same experience. Thanks to the delivery guys: delon and john for the installation

My girl got some couches and she was a couple days late and they blew her phone up and threatened to come pick the furniture up instead of adding a late fee. Damn this her first payment she not running off on yah she asked for a couple days and they said we need to schedule a pick up like 6days. They started the next day with the threats and it’s like no grace period.

When I say this was the best customer service I’ve experienced in a long time it’s an understatement!
