The reopening was rather disappointing. Not only do they no longer carry plus size clothing but when i asked about it, the employees acted like i was a nuisance. The clothes weren't very cute either. I miss the old rue 21. At this point i might as well shop on shein and cider. I definitely won't be shopping there again

I think they are trying to re-open so many stores so quick that they are hiring people who dont care. 4 employees all at the register talking with eachother the whole time and dancing but I wasn’t greeted, nor was anyone else in the store. The store was also a mess. Graphic tees were unfolded everywhere, along with the jeans and clothes were all over in spots they weren’t supposed to be.

Holly has amazing customer service skills. Only employee working (other person on break) and she still manged to provide awesome customers service. I heard her helping customers put outfits together. She came and helped my wife and I find a size. She held a random conversation with us. She was awesome. Good job Holly‼️

Always an awesome experience here! Store manager Melanie and her team deliver the best service around. Helpful, courteous, thoughtful and amazing ? Thank you for a clothing store that I can't wait to visit!!(Store is very clean and organized as well!)

Its not bad but I didn’t like this shop, the clothes where not very nice and they where so bunched up together it was very difficult to see anything. I asked one of the employees for help with a color and she seemed like I was bothering her, looked it up on the computer and said no, we don’t have other colors, she wasn’t rude, but didn’t even try to suggest any other thing. I just left.
