We are retired at the Lake of the Ozarks, but my wife had the windshield in her 2015 Buick Enclave replaced while she was visiting friends in St Louis. Safelite was very professional and prompt, giving us constant updates on progress. I wasn't there, but my wife was very complimentary of the technician as well.

Spent $173 to get a chip filled in my windshield. A week and a half later the crack expanded to be 10 inches long. Called to ask about warranty and I was told they would be generous enough to put that $173 toward the new windshield but even with that “discount” a new windshield would be $732.I’m not going to spend $732 additional dollars to correct an issues with THEIR faulty service. Had my windshield been filled correctly, the crack would not have spread. Their customer service is absolutely horrible. Do not recommend these services.

When calling to speak to a representative, the automated system hung up on me. I don’t know what kind of business doesn’t have “representative” as a phone option but really turns me off from wanting to give them my business. 0/10 so far.

Very happy with my experience at safelite. They got me in within 24 hours, gave me an expectation on time, kept me in the loop when they had the wrong windshield. We agreed to reschedule, so they stayed late while one of the employees ran up to the warehouse to grab the right windshield. Everyone was so incredibly nice! Thank you for the wonderful experience.

Quoted incorrect price 2x for the same job and then refused to honor it. Waste of time and very unprofessional staff and management.

I have my windshield replaced today. I was told by the dealer that I had to wait more than 6 months for the replacement & the cost was over $2k. Here, they replaced it within 2 weeks with less than half of the dealer quote.I was pleasantly surprised after reading all negative reviews. (I’m sorry for those who had bad experiences there..)However It was easy for me to book & reschedule my appointment.At the store, everyone was nice & helpful.Everything went very smoothly. I chose to wait at the store, and they even gave me the status during the wait. Thank you ?

Extremely poor service. Was scheduled for a repair from 12-5 today and took off work to be home. No one showed up. Called the number provided in the confirmation email, store is closed. Called customer service and they tried calling the tech and his phone was turned off. Now have to reschedule and take more time off work. With the weather being cold the crack in my windshield will likely get bigger due to no fault of my own.

We had to have windshields replaced on 2 vehicles in December 2023. The staff at Safelite (South County, St. Louis) were so easy to work with and made the whole process very smooth. Jina and Ryan were particularly helpful.

It was nice to have a window again after it got smashed but not impressed how it looked after it was replaced . It was kinda bent out of whack and can slip my fingers in between the window . Most likely water will get in between it but I guess that comes with a shattered window.Also the replacement window had scratches on 400 dollars for a scratched window

My appointment was for 4PM, they called and said I could come early. I got their around 3:30. They said an hour and a half or two hours to replace. The called me at 5:02 PM to tell me vehicle was ready. I said I was on my way. I arrived to pick up at 5:11 PM and place was closed. They left my vehicle on the lot unlocked. Why did you call me to tell me it was ready if you weren’t going to be there. If it would of taken 2 hours it would have been after closing time? Why make a 4:00 appointment? Really upset that car was left unlocked.

Had my windshield replaced on my 2018 Toyota 4Runner this morning. Arrived for my 800am appointment and they were finished a little after 900am. I was a little skeptical after reading the reviews but I will say, I had a great experience. The clerk at the front desk was very friendly and checked me in right away. No issues with staff, it seemed like they had a rush of work coming in and despite their parking lot getting resurfaced in the middle of the morning, things were still running smooth.After they were finished, the Tech brought me to my vehicle, looked it over and so far, I have not noticed any issues. All the seals were intact and seemed to appear how they were prior to having them removed. I would recommend again and will have no problem using their services again. Friendly staff and great service. Will update review if needed. So far, so good!
