Please save your money! Stlcc has a huge problem with communication on every level. The admin as well as all the chairmen and chairwomen has dellusional thinking. They turn a blind eye and never see anything wrong with nothing. The professors are hit and miss. Some know the coursework while many are just told what to teach and how to teach it. You don't really get a great education, unless your actually going for a career such as nursing or human resource. But even then that can be a hit or miss as well. Not many tutors really know stats which if you've taken stats you know you need tutoring. Stlcc refuses to give stats test before hiring a tutor. Many tutors walk through the door saying that they know stats but when they are hired they aren't helping the students with stats. Public safety officers at forest park doesn't write reports if your car is damaged or if it's stolen. If you have insurance, you'd better be prepared to fight for the police report. The food is expensive. However, Flo Valley has more fun activities. However, the communication on every campus as well as on every level is bad. No one knows how to communicate. The professors doesn't need a union because the adminstration as well as the presidents of the college or biased. As if only students mess up. There are many racial professors there and no one is willing to stand up and face the facts. if you do decide to go to Stlcc. Please keep your personal business to yourself. Many of the staff act like high-schoolers that can't wait to start up stuff. Some of the janitors are stlcc eyes and ears. Some of them act worse then a five year old. Course work, many of the professors act as if there the only class that matters. They too forget how it was in college. In addition, if you do a research paper they don't tell you how many pages, but if it's too many they are quick to try and charge with plagiarism. When it comes to the professors reading, they are lazy. But other assignments they will give you mainly because the computer automatically grades the assignments. Spend your money somewhere else. Don't bother about coming to Stlcc.

I recently took a continuing education class here and had a very positive experience. Once you enter the campus there is ample parking and it is easy to figure out the front/main entrance area. My class was once a week for six weeks and I really enjoyed this experience. My teacher was excellent, friendly and I learned a lot! The only difficulties I had was the first week of my class I could not find the room and I asked staff members that tried to help, but didnt really know where my classroom was located and once there I found out the room had changed, but was not notified of this. This wasn't a major issue, just a bit frustrating the first week there. I will definitely be back for more classes!

The school is terrible but the price is good. The teachers do not teach and will actually tell you that you are in college and should know the information or critically think it out. That is absurd because that is why you go to higher educational schooling is to learn and ask questions. I have been to multiple schools and have obtained multiple degrees, and I have never experienced such chaos in my life. YouTube and Google are a college students' best friend because these teacher are so off their rocker. The new FLIP teaching is seriously a waste of time and really doesn't teach. It's a new concept of having the student teach themselves and going to school to play games and do poster artwork on the subject matter they had to teach themselves.

I'm disheartened to read some of the poor reviews because my experience here has been excellent. The school is just made of people and some people are good and some people are not so good. Everyone I've met in the science department has been absolutely superb and their level of teaching is on par with any university. I can't say much for other programs but I received my transfer degree from St Louis Community College many years ago and it saved me so much money.

The professor used a flipped classroom (summer 2021 calc 2 online) and assigned YouTube videos that he didn't even make. These videos were from various sources, like PatrickJMT, Khan Academy, etc., so they each used different notation, which is very confusing. You are paying for the opportunity to take the exams for credit.

Feels an awful lot like no one cares. I’m taking coding classes and for the most part you pay the school hundreds of dollars for them to point you in the direction of a separate, third party online “textbook,” which costs extra and which is actually the entire course. The teachers are not even required to give lectures.

Been going here since 2021 and have had a horrible experience. I’m no longer excited about my degree. Over the past year I’ve had at least 7 different advisors assigned to me and 3 different VA reps. Each new advisor has told me something different than the last. VA reps don’t have enough knowledge to help vets. Extremely unorganized from everything I’ve listed above to course outlines being completely false to never being able to reach anyone for help. Pretty sad that I can get more info/help from employees of a different college that I’m not even enrolled at.

I came here to register for classes and all the directions were pretty easy to follow. The counselor that I spoke to is really nice that she walked me right through each class I could take and should take or even her recommendations. It was a 10 out of 10 and now I can't wait to go to class when they start

don't believe in luck, I believe in trust and understanding, I've been with Mrs Isabella Robert Fx for some years and I've made good amount of money with her simple strategies of trading. Meeting with her has been the best experience that has happened to me in this past few years i made $16,500 withdrawals directly to my bank account from this broker today. Scammers are everywhere but to find a reliable trader like Mrs Isabella Robert, Hash is not an easy task and my advice for you all is to come over and join her contact her directly on her...

If you want to be successful just go somewhere else. The professors do not teach in a way to retain the material, the test and the computer programs used for homework such as the MyOpenLab never matches to what the professors teach in class. Many students attend to gain science and math classes for their premed studies, if this is you, avoid at all means. The science department does not help students, and look for students to repeat course just to make more money. Not sure if it’s a cult within the department or what. And there is almost always no one on campus to help with tutoring. Please avoid! This review is not out of spike I’ve went through other programs at other universities and never had the experience I had here. Going a “cheaper” route is not always better.
