I had the Cafe on Tuesday, the Ladies was so nice. And the pizza was portion right with the ingredients. It was perfect to me. Thanks Ladies for the smiles and kindness. I hope this keeps up.

Due to a rainy morning and my body being sore I decided to do curbside today and it was definitely a huge help. My heavy items of waters and watermelon really needed a strong arm tactic. Staff brought all my items out and put them in my truck with no assistance from me . Thank god for the energetic strong youth on Sam's staff. Kudos young men . Tip your staff, it's a great service. Communication from the app informing me the delivery was ready, and directions on where to park was very helpful and convenient. It's 4 dollars if you are not a plus member but it's still worth it in my opinion if it's in your budget. Gas right now is $2.99 gallon as well . This was a great day to utilize Sam's today .

Sams club is a staple for my family. The bargains in bulk and the cheaper gas had the Sams members staying faithful. The open parking lot fits hundreds but even with all those people the store is still big enough to comfortably encase everyone. Depending on the store, there are different unique finds in each one. From ethnic foods, tik tok finds, to holiday decorations, they have it all! The membership is definitely worth it. Recommended.

Worst Sam’s Club in the St. Louis area. Parking lot is dirty. Store doesn’t have the selection that others have. Staff is generally terrible. Sometimes there are good folks.

Never is fully stocked. The cafe is dirty. Customers and staff are rude and ignorant. Managers don't care as long as they make money. Don't recommend shopping there.

Picking up my order. Quick and easy. I'm not a plus member ($4 extra) so I no longer use this service. Now I use the app to shop; scan and go, this allows me to skip the line

The auto section is a catastrophe Why would a business not answer the phone for business? I bought tires from them and they sold me on price, warranties & benefits I tried calling them for hours to schedule an appt for them to honor the warranty on my flat tire. The auto section never picked up the phone & never called me back when I left a message with the overall store Mgmt I'm going to use a more reputable competitor To fix THEIR tire bought from Sam's

I have attempted to call the Bakery several times, then the main store with no answer. The phone would evenly disconnect after ringing several times.

Omg I feel like a fat kid in the candy store LOL. They had so much of everything I didn’t know which way to go. If my handicap car hadn’t run out of battery life I would still be there LOL.

The worst customer service. The younger generation of workers are entitled and lazy. I ordered a full pizza and they finished our order but didn't even have the customer service to me know my order was ready they just watched as I waited for nothing I had to approach the workers only for the ghetto thots to say (oh your order been ready) this is one of the major reasons I dont like to spend my money in my community. But the caucasians treat you just as bad. Smh. Looks like I have to commute if I want decent service.

I hadn't been to this Sams in years but in I went because I was in the neighborhood. The selection is lacking to say the least and the checkout lines are SLOW. I got the basics that I needed for work and hit the gas pumps for cheap gas afterwards. That's positive, right?
