My first time getting a script filled ( but I have been a member for a while).. was an excellent experience.. Alice and the pharmacist ( don’t remember his name) was GREAT.. she helped me save a lot of money on my medication.. the pharmacist stopped what he was doing and explained the medication and side effects to me.. this is a new medication for me and that was very helpful… they have amazing customer service.... which is rare now a days!!

I go to this Sam's once month to pickup my meds and doing some shopping while I there and every time I got the Pharmacy Dept is outstanding and the store always looks nice and if you need any help the staff is very helpful, love going there once a month always a great experience, keep up the good work, see you and the end of the month.

The reviews that were negative were for masks and a service for them to put your order in your trunk. As a Sam's Club member and Costco member, who has visited locations all over the United States, this Sam's Club is clean, stocked and I use the Scan and Go because I know in the current labor shortage, this is the fastest option. I am in and out, they have a pharmacy, great selection of baked goods, fresh meats and clothing. They have even been better with their rotisserie chicken, which used to be a little touch and go for a while with availability. There is ALWAYS a line for the gas, but so is at Costco, and its because its the cheapest and we are so close to the IL border; if you don't want a line, go to the Wentzville or the Illinois Sam's.

Walked into the Lemay store at 4:15pm on a Tuesday afternoon and they had no shopping carts available at the entrance. They have at least 500 on hand. Terrible service.

Pulled up on time for my appointment and if your not Werner be prepared to wait I was just lied directly to my face telling me that one driver wasn't going to be loaded until I got unloaded mind you that I see that he is being allowed to dock and start to get loaded while I'm still parked on the side.

I love Sam's Club but recently I have been very disappointed that I have had to travel further to other locations and buy more at a time than what my budget usually allows, on formula for my son because the last 3 times I have gone to this location to purchase, they were out. We buy the Members Mark because it is a great brand and a great deal. When we went last night there was not one container of the Member's Mark brand formula on the shelf. I called another location and they told me they had 54 containers available. While my husband was working near St. Charles, they had about 65 containers available. This location doesn't seem to have as much inventory as the other locations, and unfortunately it is the closest one to my house.

I go to this club cause it's closest to me. It seemed for a little while things had gotten better but were back to bad customer service. There Store Manager does not care about his customers, he refuses to help them and basically makes cashiers and the people at the front do his job. I had to wait forever for an item for pick up because he kept telling the front desk people they had to get it. When they had me and other customers! How that Manager is in retail I don't know. I bet Costco isn't like this! Appreciate, your customers and use your staff appropriately!!

Great store, just don’t park on the left side of the parking lot. You’ll be down hill of any carts that don’t get put in the cart station. My car got hit this morning.
