Very friendly and helpful. I received a couple of new medications and the pharmacist took the time to explain to me how to take it, What to expect and answer any other questions I had. The prices are great and so convenient to go shopping then grab your prescription.

The auto section is a catastrophe Why would a business not answer the phone for business? I bought tires from them and they sold me on price, warranties & benefitsI tried calling them for hours to schedule an appt for them to honor the warranty on my flat tire. The auto section never picked up the phone & never called me back when I left a message with the overall store Mgmt I'm going to use a more reputable competitorTo fix THEIR tire bought from Sam's

All the freezers are empty. No meat, no cheese, no bacon, no fish, nothing. Sams going out of business ??? Or are the freezers broken again like it happend so many times last year. I ask employees, whats up. They had no idea. Go figure ! 07/25/2022 time 14:00 hours

The staff is very welcoming as soon as you arrive! ?? You need a membership to shop and if you don't have one, they have an area to sign up and you will be able to shop the same day!! Love the selections from major electronics to food and furniture. Outdoor needs and restaurant equipment needs. buying in bulk is the theme of Sam's Club! once you have the app and membership information logged in on your phone, you can checkout anywhere on your phone and skip the line of unloading. ???? Highly recommend this location I have an episode of my time there uploaded to my YouTube Channel

I've contacted the 1800 number and I've also been to the store and they refuse to fix the issue. A membership payment has been automatically taken from my account without my concent. Update 5/30/22: after speaking with several different agents the corporate office contacted me to refund me the money. They sent an email stating that they would be refunding me my money and about how sorry they are for all the this. They are sorry for the misunderstanding. YET.... I HAVEN'T RECIVED ANY REFUND FROM SAMS. In order for me to get a refund they would have to cancle my membership ( that's ok) and my Account (Not ok) basically preventing me from having access to the information which proves they mad a major illegal move by withdrawing money from my account without my permission. That this wasn't the first but the second time that Sam's has taken money without my permission from my account in a total of roughly $100 now from Sam's club from out of my account on account for. But since they took me off of my own account I can do nothing about it. If you all noticed that you're having problems with Sam's club the customer service number the customer service within the store cannot help you I strongly encourage you to go straight to the better Business bureau website to file a complaint against the business for any and all issues.

This is the worst pharmacy I've ever been to and I hope that the few pharmacists at this location that actually seem to care and help me we'll find a better location or will at least kick the bad ones out who think they're god. I kept getting told one thing and every time I come back nothing was getting done and I was told another I went back and forth and I was told it was not my responsibility to even contact insurance and my doctor that was theirs but I tried to do everything I could when I really had no energy and pretty much on a mental breakdown. All I wanted to say is for all of them if you don't know a person's background you shouldn't judge them or yank them around while you're sitting there and giving people to run around I have two doctors in my family and I have talked to my old lawyer so I know we'll know more later on what steps I should take I know I should let this go but at the same time I feel like I should deserve apology and I also don't want this to happen anyone else which I'm positive there are many are many more like me. Anyway like I said this was the worst pharmacy experience and actually experiences the last couple months I've been trying to stay there but it seems like there are new faces that probably don't know what they're doing or don't care about their patients and aren't very knowledgeable

Omg I feel like a fat kid in the candy store LOL. They had so much of everything I didn’t know which way to go. If my handicap car hadn’t run out of battery life I would still be there LOL.

We are in the middle of a Pendemic, A. Either require or at least strongly recommend that customers use face masks. [1/2 or more today were not.] Tell them to stay six feet away from other shoppers. Especially when they are practically shouting at their friends and don't have masks on. Please fix the scan & go software so it works so we don't have to dealing with the same scanning devices as everybody else. Please provide hand washing stations both coming and going. At the moment 52,000 people have died of this pandemic in US and 200,000 or more globally. This is not too much to ask.
