I have nothing but great things to say about pharmacists Chole and pharmacy technician Melanie. Both have gone over and beyond to help my beautiful wife and I. Both of them deserve a huge raise and to be honest I will definitely be happy driving to this pharmacy rather than walking down the street from my house to Walgreens. Thank you for hiring such wonderful people such as Chole and Melanie.

Last weekend, my fiancé and I placed a cupcake order for our daughters 2nd birthday party. I went in yesterday to pick them up for her party and the associate couldn’t find them. She found the order paper and I had put the wrong date for pickup (pregnancy brain moment). The associate took care of the issue and had the cupcakes ready in 10 minutes, even though it was totally my fault. Thank you so much for being so helpful and fixing my mistake. I appreciated it so much and you saved this Mom from a party disaster! Thank you, thank you, thank you!!!!!

Beware if you order online for store delivery! Here's the problem...the order goes through the web but comes from the store. If there is a problem with an order than the only way to be refunded is at the store. If I wanted to go to the store I wouldn't have ordered delivery. This time they completely didn't include an item in my delivery but other times they have sent me items missing pieces. The customer service is not good. The last time I went to the store with an issue (they sent me half dead floral) I had to bring the half dead flowers into the store. On top of that the customer service rep seemed to not believe me. I use delivery services to save me time but situations like this cost me time. If they sell items on line then they should reconcile items with the store. Walmart doesn't have these issues with delivery so it doesn't make sense why Sam's can't integrate their online system with the stores.

This is a great Sams Club if he in the area and the gas price right now is $3.58 per gallon it's the cheapest around so I recommend coming on down and getting the gas not too far for you. There will be a gas line but it moves fast so don't be afraid of the gas line and I just got through in about 20 minutes it looks long but they are only have one way getting in and that forms the line and they have five or six stations to fill up on. So I recommend the store especially for the gas pricing right now!

I came in with my girlfriend to get a membership card here and Mrs. Stella Moore was very helpful and attentive she was very patient and thorough in explaining the difference between the plus membership and generic membership card. DO NOT SUPPORT THIS CLUB!!!!! I had nothing but negative, hurtful, and unethical experiences working on the Health and Wellness side of the Sam's Club Crestwood location. Corporate even dropped the ball in reprimanding those responsible for allowing unethical practices to continue. These UNETHICAL PRACTICES directly affected our loyal patients, valued members, and long-time employees. The company has since done nothing after I reported all managers to the Ethics Team, instead

We are in the middle of a Pendemic, A. Either require or at least strongly recommend that customers use face masks. [1/2 or more today were not.] Tell them to stay six feet away from other shoppers. Especially when they are practically shouting at their friends and don't have masks on. Please fix the scan & go software so it works so we don't have to dealing with the same scanning devices as everybody else. Please provide hand washing stations both coming and going. At the moment 52,000 people have died of this pandemic in US and 200,000 or more globally. This is not too much to ask.
