I go to this Sam's once month to pickup my meds and doing some shopping while I there and every time I got the Pharmacy Dept is outstanding and the store always looks nice and if you need any help the staff is very helpful, love going there once a month always a great experience, keep up the good work, see you and the end of the month.

ZERO STARS! Should have learned the first time not to purchase my tires from them again. Ordered tires 10/25/2022. First appointment rescheduled for 12/9/2022. Show up on 12/9/2022 at appointment time to be informed the tire department is closed until the first of the year!!! They said they emailed us but we never received an email. Now I'm left with out tires again.... oh I could purchase them and schedule an appointment at a different location... like their not booked out 2 months also since you clowns closed your department. What a waste of time but that's not important to them and of course I'm sure its all COVID's fault. I wont waste anyone's time on what happened the first time. Also, with the rate of turnover at these tire centers why do we trust them to install tires on our family vehicles.

The reviews that were negative were for masks and a service for them to put your order in your trunk. As a Sam's Club member and Costco member, who has visited locations all over the United States, this Sam's Club is clean, stocked and I use the Scan and Go because I know in the current labor shortage, this is the fastest option. I am in and out, they have a pharmacy, great selection of baked goods, fresh meats and clothing. They have even been better with their rotisserie chicken, which used to be a little touch and go for a while with availability. There is ALWAYS a line for the gas, but so is at Costco, and its because its the cheapest and we are so close to the IL border; if you don't want a line, go to the Wentzville or the Illinois Sam's.

Scheduled appointment a month ago, bought tires a week ago, and crew left today before closing time. I was late but they left 40-45 min early. Now I have to wait again. Hours online don't match Hours in store but they don't even match when the guys actually leave.

Walked into the Lemay store at 4:15pm on a Tuesday afternoon and they had no shopping carts available at the entrance. They have at least 500 on hand. Terrible service.

Went up to pick up tires I ordered so that I could have them installed at a different location that could get me in about 2 months sooner than this one. Just left the club, where the tire center said OPEN, to have an employee tell me they were closed. The website says open, the sign at the club had their hours for today (a Monday), but I will have to cancel my tire appointment and hope my tires don’t pop before I can get in again at the other location. Extremely disappointed and very frustrated with this Sams. Avoid at all costs.

Pulled up on time for my appointment and if your not Werner be prepared to wait I was just lied directly to my face telling me that one driver wasn't going to be loaded until I got unloaded mind you that I see that he is being allowed to dock and start to get loaded while I'm still parked on the side.

Paid for tires and installation package online. They have rescheduled 3 times now "due to covid". Currently awaiting my 4th appointment in February, two months after the initial order.

I love Sam's Club but recently I have been very disappointed that I have had to travel further to other locations and buy more at a time than what my budget usually allows, on formula for my son because the last 3 times I have gone to this location to purchase, they were out. We buy the Members Mark because it is a great brand and a great deal. When we went last night there was not one container of the Member's Mark brand formula on the shelf. I called another location and they told me they had 54 containers available. While my husband was working near St. Charles, they had about 65 containers available. This location doesn't seem to have as much inventory as the other locations, and unfortunately it is the closest one to my house.

I'm at fault as much as the gentleman who was helping me but, working with tires all day, I would think that he would have known that 225 tires are a viable replacement for 215s, on my car at least. IT SEEMED, that since my appointment was at 6 and they close at 7, that he MIGHT have withheld information so that he didn't have to stay late. That is strictly my opinion.
