The white haired white man at the exit door is only checking the receipts of black shoppers. This is not my only experience with racism at this location. A few years ago a worker named Joe was only asking blacks to show a member's card upon entering. I've heard all of the excuses that are made for these employees. However, I actually took the time to watch them a little longer before I made any accusations. This has to stop. It's 2025, and black people still have to deal with this type of racism at your stores. We as black people should stop patronizing your stores until this is stopped.

Buyer beware!!!!!!! Been a member for 12 years. Went shopping here and when I went to check out I was told it would require an extra $35 because it was 9:50am and apparently I didn’t have some fancy new membership that you have to have now to shop before 10am. Sorry Sam’s not going to let you extort us for extra cash. Also you should have someone telling customers this so we don’t waste 2 hours of our day. We are now Costco members.

Misplaced my receipt when I stopped for pizza- I was not worried cause I have the ap- the receipt that listed everything I purchased on there wasn’t good enough for the door Nazi because I have a black membership card so I had to activate the card on my ap - still didn’t work so she had to get a manager-why do I have the ap?

Ordered tires was canceled twice this week then took it in today to get my tires changed these jokers tell me they can't take off the lugnuts off because they were too tight and just canceled my order. I had to go out and luckily I had a impact in my truck and and to break loose every nut myself which wasn't hard but who the hell has to pay and do that the guy at the counter works harder at discouraging people from coming to get work done do your self a favor and go somewhere else not worth the time or effort

I come in for wholesale bulk, does the scan and go app offer the item multiply option? I usually get 5 to 10 cases of heavy cream/ half n half stuff like that is 12 containers so would imply I would have to scan each individual container.. there is also 4 lanes for workers to help customers but only 1 open. Could maybe open 2 out of the 4
What kinda bs is this. One lane open 4 total please make this make sense, lines wrapp3d around the isles

My daughter works in pharmacy, and Sam's is a stop I make after visiting Chiropractor nearby. It's a 40 mile drive from St. Clair out 44. I have to be very careful, as many items are in bulk form. But, if your hungry, great deals front of store where they sell pizza slices, hot dog, drinks, to go or they have tables. No membership needed. 1 slice and drink, around $2.50. Hot dog, drink, $1 50. I bought tires there many tines. Great deals. Great deals on T.V.'s right now. The quality of items seem to be higher than most stores. Gasoline sold here. Line is usually long. Cheapest price. But, lowest octane rating I've seen. Most vehicles need at least 87. Here 85 or less. I prefer better gas and adding octane or injection cleaner. Overall. Easy to enter leave onto I-44. Plenty of parking. Nice, kind and wonderful workers willing to assist you.

Every time we come to the store, there is never a Motor cart for handicap ever available there’s always two broke down or they’re not charged and that’s all there is. I require a motorized cart so that I can shop and it’s getting beyond ridiculous. They claim they have seven, but they’re nowhere to be found.
