I’ve been to this shop several times, and my experience has been mixed at best. The receptionist (and owner?) is polite sometimes but has a rude demeanor in about half of my interactions, which makes the experience frustrating. They also don’t do a good job explaining diagnoses or repairs, and I often leave with more questions than answers.
They have replaced my catalytic converter twice after my original was stolen. The first one failed within six months. They replaced it under their one-year warranty but still charged me over $300 for labor. Maybe that is standard practice, but it never made sense to me since I would not have needed to pay for labor if their part had not failed so quickly. The second catalytic converter lasted about two years before failing again, and this time they said it is no longer under warranty.
When I asked how long catalytic converters are supposed to last, I was told there is “no set time.” No one offered any further explanation or seemed interested in helping me understand. Overall, I left feeling like they did not care much about customer service or standing behind their work.

I have gone here twice and but underwhelmed both times. I had an issue with my AC that I was told was due to the after market radio I put in and that there was nothing they could do about it. When I went to get a second opinion, the second mechanic told me that the radio and AC rarely have anything to do with each other. He had my AC working in an hour. Not to mention, that they did an oil change without asking and forgot to put the crush washer back after doing so (which the second mechanic found later that day). To give the full picture, I was told that they did the oil change because there was no oil in the car. However, that was only brought to my attention the second time I went in that day to ask about the missing crush washer. Between the fact that they waited to tell me about my low oil and that I topped my oil off about two weeks before, I am weary that is the reason the oil change was done. I had high hopes because I have family members that had a good experience here. Perhaps it was a misunderstanding, but regardless I am less than impressed and did not feel like I was getting the whole truth.

Great spot for affordable oil changes. Also I never feel like I’m being lied to or taken advantage of with other repairs.

Had an appointment to get an oil change scheduled for 8am. Walked in at 8:03am because of their ridiculous parking lot that is nearly impossible to access. Was told I missed my window by walking in 3 minutes after they opened. Guy was a jerk. 0 out of 10 experience.

Went there yesterday to get my sway bar replaced and my car is worse than it was when I gave it to them. It starts shaking roughly at 60 mph and it makes a weird sound during every initial acceleration. Paid almost $300 for something basically inoperable. The receptionist also had a rude demeanor.
