Regarding the Service Department: Darren, my service manager, was very professional, knowledgeable, and courteous. I believe they were concerned about my problem and took the necessary steps to troubleshoot and solve the issue. Good communication throughout the repair as well.

I’m 67 years old and a retired farmer from Texas who has never written a review. But I was so overwhelmed with my experience I felt compelled to make a honest and sincere attempt to future clients who might be in the market for a vehicle. I’m not a tech person and struggle with computers & cell phone technology but Richard kindly and patiently guided me with instructions throughout the entire process until success was finally accomplished. Take it from an old but honest farmer, you could not find a better man to do business with than Richard Witkowski. Also a special shout out to Ado who walked me through a challenging process over the phone. Thanks amigo!

My husband and I had our car towed to Schicker's about a week ago due to not starting because of damage wires not connecting with the Starter. The issue was REPAIRED along with a few other things that were needed. HALLELUJAH 🙌! ALSO, Thank you to Service Advisor Mr. Darren Compton who kept us informed of cost, ECT. We really Appreciate the service they render.

This was my second vehicle purchase from Schlicter Ford, and once again, the experience was excellent.
