They are always so nice and attentive to me. Always willing to explain everything when asked a question. I think the whole staff is fabulous!

Always a terribly long line. Pharmacy tech is rude and unhelpful — doesn’t provide any advice regarding stockage or pricing issues (which are common). I’ve only had these issues at this pharmacy.

honestly, one of best pharmacy experiences i've had. easy to contact, going in was a breeze, and the pharmacist helped me with understanding my medication and even took time to fix an error that the computer had made.
the people here are communicative and very helpful!

They don’t return voicemails and the pharmacist has a horrible attitude. I’ve made several complaints and he just gets more and more rude every time I go. He just hung up on me in the middle of asking a question. I’ve been waiting for a prescription to be filled since 930am and was informed it wouldn’t be ready until after 230pm and then was promptly hung up on. I will update with the pharmacist name after I pick up.

It's truly upsetting it took 3 weeks, 3 voicemails (no returned calls), 2 visits, and 1 call to a work from home employee in the complaints department, in another state, who transferred/processed my complaints to another person in another state just to get the pharmacy and pharmacist Jen? to fill my order or atleast communicate what the actual issue was with my order.....and the reasoning given was even more disheartening that I won't even post that part. Getting what I need else where. Hoping my other orders I don't have these issues with or they get someone who can at least care enough to return voicemails

Living in the City of St. Louis, Missouri not much is stated about the blessings of living in the inner city. Not true of my CVS store on South Grand! The pharmacy department is just a godsend for navigating the complexities of drug plans, Doctor’s billing, inoculations and prescriptions. Focused staff will treat you like family and communicate in a patient and professional manner. You really feel like you’re part of a family @CVS South Grand, St. Louis, Mo!

Pharmacist Jen was awful and belittling. Use and support your local pharmacies instead CVS doesn’t deserve a penny.

The pharmacist at the CVS inside Schnucks at the 3400 block of Grand, her names Jennifer, went above and beyond to ensure my insurance issues were resolved. My doctors office was telling me the insurance rejected my medication altogether and Jennifer took it upon herself to call my insurance company herself and was able to source the problem, fix it, and I left with my medication I had lost hope of receiving. She is a life saver and deserves a raise, a vacation, and so much more. Thanks Jennifer and team! ❤️

I just dropped the CVS Pharmacy on South Grand like a really bad habit today! I'm not going to tolerate being told that they're taking a stupid computer's word over mine when I'm trying to explain to them nicely on the phone 2 days ago similar to as I did 2 or 3 weeks ago with 1 of my other meds that I was holding the bottle reading it, that it was filled on September 10 and that I had 1 refill left, that if it was showing that it was already filled automatically that it was sitting with the other meds because I never picked it up, and similar to last time that I would be happy to bring the bottle with me, show it to them in person, and that they could simply check to see if it was already filled and waiting to be picked up. But since they would rather keep arguing with me about what the fucking computer says while not even bothering to check and see if it was sitting with the other meds (which my doctor COMFIRMED it was!), and that today I owed over 60 dollars for "getting it filled too early", they can now take their fucking stupid machines and A.I. and shove them up their asses! ENOUGH IS ENOUGH!

Jennifer Lednick at this CVS Pharmacy is amazing, for multiple reasons.I have COVID right now, and so I was trying to get prescribed Paxlovid. When I booked a phone consultation, Jennifer called me letting me the technical portal/system that the pharmacist use wasn’t working, so she couldn’t see my blood test results to see if I’d be eligible for the treatment. She told me she was going to speak to one of her managers at a different CVS. We agreed that we could try again the next morning. When we spoke again, she shared that it unfortunately still wasn’t working, and she had even put in a ticket with the tech people. She said she was going to callthem directly and get an update, and then give me a call back. She did, and told me that they had restarted the system, so she needed to give it 15 min to see if it started working. Luckily, it did.On top of Jennifer being extremely patient, supportive, and advocating for me so that I could get the treatment in a timely manner, she was also a safe person for me, as a non-binary person. I had put on my phone consultation form my sex assigned at birth and my legal name due to issues in the past. When finding out that I am non-binary and asking about the name I actually go by, Jennifer was very understanding and nonchalant about it. She explained to me that in the system, she’s able to put more than just female, male, or other. And so she asked me if I’d like to put non-binary or not. She went on to explain how this is something that should just be normal and common, so that was just really generally comforting and affirming to hear. We had called quite a few times back and forth throughout this process, and each time, she also remembered who I was and called me by my preferred name, rather than my legal name.I unfortunately didn’t get a survey link on my receipt once I got the medicine, as I would’ve given her 5 stars on there as well. So I wanted to come on here and make it known how valuable of an employer she is to CVS and to the general population. I wish more medical professionals supported all of their customers and patients as Jennifer did for me. She raised the bar, and I really hope CVS hires more people like her.

They didn't have my refill ready when it was supposed to be. So I had to come back to pick it up a week later due to scheduling issues. Then the following month they said that I couldn't refilled until the date I picked up my last prescription. A person's ability to get their refill on the correct date is completely reliant on their competency, which is a terrible spot to be. Garbage pharmacy. Taking my business elsewhere.
