CVS is a very good pharmacy. The staff is excellent and organized and professional.
My problem with them is the android app for CVS, It is terrible and not user friendly.

The 17th of January was my first experience with CVS I decided to go here instead of my normal stop which was Walgreens. I'm glad I did because I wasn't told that they didn't have and that I must come back. Long story short I had a great experience that day.

Very rude and unprofessional staff there . I called and was told my script would be ready in an hour so I waited then rode up there in 100 degree temperature to wait in line and get told oh we don't have any of your medicine we need to order it come back tomorrow ? Why would you tell me on the phone 1 hour? Why would you place a courtesy call saying hey we made a mistake so don't waste your time and gas coming here ? The girl at the pharmacy counter has no empathy for people either, I told her I really need my medicine my body goes into withdrawals without having it but she just continued being ignorant to me

The staff that works in the CVS pharmacy have the worst attitudes. They are rude and don’t care at all. It costs nothing to be kind to people. I will not be filling anymore prescriptions at this pharmacy.
