Always friendly and helpful service from pharmacist and associates and on this visit quick provision for new prescription. Both husband and I have used this CVS location for about 10 years with no complaints.

I scheduled at the wrong store but where I went was gracious enough to take us and cancel other store appt.
However, my husband went to the other store and because the appt. had been cancelled they wouldn't service him and they do take walk ins... UGH. never to the CLAYTON & LINDBERGH on purpose or by accident!

The pharmacist is always professional, friendly and gives shots( shingles shot last week) and with her associate Freddie great young man very attentive to all customers whether just myself or five people in line never gets rattled. Mind you it’s just the two of them the majority of the time. I pickup 3 scripts every month and the service is always the excellent.

I left a message for a return phone call from the pharmacy and received a phone call from a team member named ‘Freddie’. Freddie sounded tired and uninterested and lacked professionalism. And, towards the end of the call as I was trying to get clarification on how to get a prescription transferred to another store he said the pharmacy would call me and he then disconnected the call while I was yet speaking. How very rude!

God awful experience. Pharmacy techs think they have authority to deny prescription medication, despite doctor recommendation and an extended history using medication. These people running this pharmacy are cruel and inconsiderate, do not use this pharmacy by any means if you want to be treated with any kindness or thoughtfulness

Great communication about order status. Some of my scripts are expensive and they are always great about telling me the cost before ringing me up. Since they are located inside of the grocery store, you are not able to check out any other store items.

Dangerous. Jamie is the pharmacist and provided incorrect information to two providers, causing serious problems and dangerous situations. Multiple requests to speak with district manager or other management have been ignored. Complaint has been filed with Board of Pharmacy

DO NOT GO TO THIS PHARMACY THEY WILL CHANGE YOUR PRESCRIPTION WITHOUT NOTICE! I HAVE A SLIGHT ALLERGY TO CODEINE AND THEY DECIDED TO CHANGE MY PRESCRIPTION TO NAPROXEN WITHOUT ANY CONTACT WHATSOEVER! THE ONLY NOTICE I RECEIVED WAS A HAND WRITTEN NOTE ON NOTEBOOK PAPER THAT WAS STUFFED INTO MY BAG AFTER I PAID FOR WHAT I THOUGHT WAS PAIN MEDICATION AND AN ANTI INFLAMMATORY. THEY DIDN'T EVEN TELL ME WHEN I PICKED THEM UP AT THE COUNTER THAT THEY HAND CHANGED IT!! TERRIBLE COMMUNICATION AND NO CUSTOMER SERVICE SKILLS!!

Very slow and non-responsive. They take hours to check their voicemail and admit when you call to see if your prescription is ready that they haven't checked their voicemail for a while. They promise to call back in a few minutes, but take over an hour to do this. Had a bad experience with the U City Schnucks pharmacy where they refused to recognize a newborn as being on my plan even though she was (weekend so they said they couldn't call the benefit co and confirm) and then wouldn't refund me the additional amount later after I paid out of pocket for a prescription my newborn needed. Takeaway: Schnucks Pharmacies are not the place to go, there are way too many other options out there.

Very disappointed with my experience there today. The staff was rude and unapologetic about not having my script ready. My child has cancer and was forced to be in pain and not eat all day, because they failed to call me and let me know that they were out of stock. A simple phone call could have saved a lot of headache and trouble. There was zero compassion. They asked me to "step aside" so they could help someone else. They then talked down on me like I was being difficult. No, I just need to figure out how to help my daughter get her very important medication. I am having every single prescription transferred to Walgreen's and never going back here again.

Decent selection of OTC meds and medical supplies. Wait for prescriptions can be rather long. Prices are ok.

My insurance isn't the best, and they were able to get the price down to something I could afford!!! That to me, is incredible. Most chain pharmacies seem like they want to make as much money off you as they can. They would rather you take your business somewhere else than to quote you a more reasonable price. I'd give more stars if possible, they are so patient, and helpful to.
