Lady who worked @ the delivery check out area on 10/24 was really rude to me.Didn't even say have a nice day back or anything either when I said have a nice day. Just completely unacceptable, she would literally be fired if a manager or someone higher up witnessed that. Service like this is absolutely unacceptable. Schnucks is supposed to be a friendly grocery store & happy experience for the customer & that lady wasn't friendly at all to me & shouldn't be in a customer service job dealing with people.

Went there to shop and attend a Medicare seminar but no one there knew anything about it even though it had been advertised in newspaper ads days in advance.

Wonderful staff, willing to help you, very friendly. The flower department is also very friendly. Without a doubt, the best schnucks I've ever visited. They make you feel loved.

I moved to an area of the country that does not have these stores, and they are just as amazing as I remember. What a large selection of grocery and product. Would not hesitate to go there again!

Clean. Good selection of products. Produce all looked like it was fresh and in good condition. My only complaint is that finding someone when you need help is difficult unless you go back up front to the registers and ask there.

This Schnucks is way better, than the one in Illinois. We was shocked by the hot bar options and the salad bar. Plus everyone was so nice. It is the cleanest store I ever saw.
