ATTN this place is a scam They schedule everybody at 4:30 am and make people to line up at 4 am just to tell that receiver does not open until 6 am COME BACK AT 6 AM. HERE 10 TRUCKS BACK AT 6 AM TO CHECK IN FOR OFFLOADING AND ITS 7:30 AM NO ONE HAS A DOOR. QUATION FOR MANAGMENT: WHY DO YOU GIVE APPTS FOR 4:40 IF YOU NOT GONNA CHECK THEM IN UNTIL 6 AM??? LET ME ANSWER BECAUSE THEY ENJOY BY LOOKING AT DRIVERS STRUGLE.

Awesome I had appointment at 8.3am I arrived day before coz there is overnight parking, they opened at 5am went to check in...immediately was given dock 14..abit tight within 40 min was done...I managed to get my next pick up which was for 8.30 am ..that's why they deserve 5 stars...

Terrible experience here. Their all about wasting my time. 3 days now trying to deliver their crap. Late the first time, was caught out in CT from the blizzard that past through. 2nd time they refused to unload because of product in front of theirs. That i get but the 3rd time low an behold i need to make another appointment because they refused to unload it when i was docked. This place cant be seriouse. I said id be back first thing in the morning cause you guys made me waste an entire day waiting to get back in. Now another day will be wasted. SMH act like your walmart or something. You get like 10 trucks a day get real.🤣

Yep.. Never coming back here again.. 7 am appointment. In front of a door, doors still closed, waiting for a phone call to open up and back in. It's 10 am now, went inside and see only one crapstone employee working in there breaking down pallets as slow as possible. Will update when I finally get out of here, but I'm already not impressed. Why does crapstone always have to be crappy to work with? Sad part is, the reviews are all mostly positive. And my company does a lot of these loads here. My 1st time, but it'll be my last time.
Side notes, check in guy, awesome! He was very laid back, spoke nicely to me in person and on the phone. Parking lot is decent, thinking they may be redoing it soon. There is about 10 spaces for overnight parking, so drivers please keep it clean!

Never coming back here again. Im definitely getting my detention from here. Appt at 8 checked in at 7:15. Actually was first to check in today
Got door immediately. They said wait for a call before opening doors. Ok. I got a call while im sleep, at 10:35. I called back, he said he moved to another truck because I didn't pick up. Never have i ever had this problem in my trucking career. Apparantely being the only black person(woman) makes protocol different. Also, I know this is a fact because he literally spoke to everyone white male in there.. and im never mean. So why. My question is why didn't he call 2 times. Like I literally dozed off when he called me. Smh. Bad driver service here
Wonder if thats the guy who said he dont like truckers to another driver below in the reviews. He's old and big. Guy you check in with inside. Gray hair.
So its now 130, paid lumper and everything is out of trailer. But still waiting for bills. Said they'll call when done. I dont like the productivity here. Oh they called as I'm editing this. So im free now. At 130pm from an 8am appt.

The others have a lot to learn from Schnucks .Here they unload in 20-40 min. A few hours before the appt . Well done, this is how business is done and everyone will want to work with them .There are about 10 overnight parking spaces.
