I went inside to dispense some money in the ATM and while my card was inserted I went to the self check out cashier to exchange for bigger bills and told him I’m running late for work but he makes me wait for several minutes to go someone after I already go to him first. The ATM ended up swallowing my card that is attached to everything. I then had to ask two other employees for the manager before he says there’s nothing he can do since it’s a third party system. Every time I come up here there is a lack of urgency or the employees act like there incapable of doing something or tending to next person after you.

Schnucks Brentwood is the best store to go to; it has the best employees and great management, and they are very friendly towards their customers. Especially their cashiers; all of them are great people. My favorite cashier is Deante. He 's so kind and generous, and he always makes me feel good coming to their store. He has incredible charm, and he is very interesting and entertaining too. My daughter gets excited to see him and loves talking to him. Thank you, Brentwood schnucks, for your help.

Shop there often. Good selection of food. Produce very fresh, pastries delicious, meats good and they will fry your fish purchase. Well stocked with necessary items.

Have to watch the expiration dates at this location. Bought this plant based cheese 2 days ago and when we opened it we found out it was expired by almost a month. Today's aug 17 and it expired on July 25th of this year. went back today hoping it was a fluke but the whole row of 8 or so cheese's was expired by a month

Cashier tried to negging me for buying a bottle of water instead of soda and questioned why I would do such a thing/informed me that Im supposed to buy soda. I assume in an attempt to flirt with me. I asked him if I look like some sort of idiot who meant to buy a soda but got water instead... I do not want to hear men’s thoughts or opinions on anything related to my life. Especially the cashier at the grocery store. Please be quiet.

small but decent selection. Just painted their bricks a sad white which looks insanely bad. disappointed and will shop at closer stores which don't destroy their exteriors and aren't an eyesore

This is a decent Schnucks, but 1/3 of the already small parking lot is used for grocery pickup. I've never seen anyone use them at all. After you account for another 1/3 going to the handicapped, cops, new mothers, vets, etc..., you might as well go to another grocery store because you're going to have to walk that far anyway.
