Nice store, but debit/credit card reader was malfunctioning upon checkout, so I had to pay cash. Luckily I had enough cash on me or I would have had to leave.

Why do you have 2-3 cashiers working at any time? Poor people planning by whomever does your scheduling. There is something like 10-12 people in line to check out and only 2 cashiers working??? it’s such a shame that the Schnucks family is so poor that they can’t afford to pay people to work here. Maybe we should start a GoFundMe to help out Schnucks?There are no carts in the store because they’re all in the parking lot. Most of the cart corrals are so full you can’t even get a card in them. The management of this place leaves a lot to be desired with that many people in line and two cashiers work and not a bagger in sight. The older lady next to me and myself had to bag our own groceries. No, I don’t care to help out, but it’s not like Schnucks isn’t one of the richest families in St. Louis. Come on guys let go of some of them dollars and put some workers in your stores that can help out. If this manager can’t do any better job than this, maybe you look at new management. I got a great idea instead of buying out all these other grocery stores that you’re doing to increase your billions why don’t you adequately staff the stores that you have already open? Or is that how you’re buying these stores by cutting back on all the labor at the rest of your stores? I think your managers at this particular location don’t do a very good job.

Iam a supporting schnucks and every time Iam there a worker by the name of Liz is always giving me a hard time no matter if she is ringing me out or I’m in self check out , she always refuses to help In self check out , the scale wouldn’t weigh my donuts this morning an wen I asked for help she just looked at me an rolled her eyes

I’ve been buying baguette French bread four years and today bought one for $2,49 same price as before, but the bread was half of it I wish I can take pictures and send it so you can see how small these bread is for the same price. Where is America’s going into?

They have a huge selection of all foods and they have a pharmacy as well. They have a deli with fresh meats, and they also have a butcher there to cut a cut of meat. Excellent customer service!!

Place is really big and can be really easy to lose things, such as water. Did not help me when I forgot my case of water bottles on the cart so I had to buy a whole new one. Other than that, great place to go to get all of your essential groceries. Despite having 3 stars from me, this beats Target and Wal-mart by a landslide!
