They wouldn’t tell me if 11 bananas would be allowed or not in the express lane or if them being connected at the top constitutes one item or not.I guess 11 isn’t a bunch

You limited the express lane to 10 items, then only have 4 cashiers...the line is half way across the store. Was this a smart move???? You just lost me as a loyal customer.

Some one in corporate really needs to look at this store. I haven't shopped here in a while and decided to give them another try. The store is not that clean and when I went to get eggs apparently some eggs had cracked and spilled on the shelves and had been that way for a while. I got the few items that I had in my cart and left, I literally almost got sick.

They are consistently out of stock on the items we shop for. We have gone to a few other Scnuvks locations that are well stocked at all times of the day. Something needs to change at the Oakville location for me to rate it better than a 3.

Before recent times I definitely had ne.gative feelings towards this and all other locations . However, thi-Ngs took a turn in the positive direction. Cheaper prices, better food selection, . better deals, and, Much better reward system. Some much needed changes. Better experience

Every time I go there is only 2 check out lanes open and now self checkout is 10 items or less….makes sense. Dierbergs it is.

I used to shop almost exclusively at Schnucks but I just can't bring myself to shop here anymore. I understand inflation but the price increases seem to go beyond that and are simply outrageous. They seem to be limiting selection and eliminating the cheaper options altogether. I fail to see exactly what I am paying for. Plastic carts, bar coded price tags and robot employees do not make my shopping experience any better. At least not to the point where I'm ok with paying high prices. I might as well be shopping at Dierbergs. I can go over to Walmart and buy the exact same products for 40% less across the board. The covid style checkout is ridiculous and slows things down. The self checkout machines are loud and obnoxious. The meat department hides huge chunks of fat under the packaged meat to make it weigh more. Their meat is no better than at Walmart and neither is the produce. The quality of employees has gone way downhill and the only diversity I have observed is that of mental capacity.

I've shopped at this store for years, but after another negative encounter with your employee, I'm done. Tonight the cashier, Emma, with the bright red hair, has once again treated me extremely rudely. She looks and acts like she is mad at the world while doing her job. She has no manners...just plain rude and unprofessional. Schnucks must be desperate to keep this one on the payroll! I'll pay more and go down the street to Dierbergs.
