Huge shout out to MEGAN ROBISON!!!! Girl, when I say you know your stuff you absolutely know what you’re doing & talking about! First let me say, details are a must for me & you always hit the nail on the head! Second, thank you for handling my son’s accidental claims, or at least following through with everything! I was clueless as to what or who to contact and you have been there through the whole process!!!! When you get and agent who is very knowledgeable about her job & cares for her clients it makes the transition so much easier! Megan went above & beyond her call of duty on this situation and thanks just isn’t enough! Please don’t leave her hanging bump her pay she’s so worth every single dollar!!!!!

I had an absolutely amazing experience working with Niki from State Farm. From start to finish, they provided exceptional customer service, answering all my questions thoroughly and guiding me through every step of the process.

When our homeowners insurance went up approximately 30% this year, I inquired with a trusted family member as to who he used. He highly recommended Scott Clayton. After meeting with Scott, I also highly recommend Scott Clayton with State Farm Insurance. He quickly met with my husband and I. Went over each line item on the quote, explained what they covered and the amount of coverage, answered my many questions, and made recommendations. I could tell he was very knowledgeable in his business. We were extremely pleased to see the amount of $$$$ we saved with our homeowners, auto and umbrella policies!! Also Niki in the office was super fast to provide the new policies, new insurance coverage cards for the autos, other information and was very accessible.

Since starting my policy at State Farm, Megan R. has been nothing but helpful! She answers any questions I have, helps with claim problems and is always friendly when I need help. It’s a huge perk being able to go into the office for assistance instead of calling a 1-800 number!
