Very rude didn't even acknowledge me when I was asking a question. Then she finally responded like a jerk so we left never to return

The customer service is very rude and disrespectful and give out false information, i came in to make a return on pants and the tag got ripped off and they told me before when i asked if i need to ever make a return can i and they said yes as long you have the tag it doesn’t need to be attached and i went today and they said they can’t do the return because the tag was not attached. i will no longer be shopping at this location.

I recently moved here from out of state. Yesterday was my first time in this uniform shop. I was taken care of by Emily. She was extremely professional, friendly and so helpful, the selection they had was unbelievable. Highly recommend this uniform shop if you want reasonably price, beautiful scrubs.

I went in looking to exchange scrubs that just didn't fit me and was greeted so kindly by Gabby, and Amanda they both were great and so helpful, will look forward to returning ☺️

Amanda was awesome! She went above and beyond to help pick out different styles based on my preferences. She checked in with me often when I was in the dressing room and would grab me more items to try as needed.

I had to get scrubs for work since losing weight. Amanda was extremely helpful & friendly and helped me find all I could in store and also ordered some that were not available in store for me. She was very passionate about making my experience a success.

I have not been to Scrubs & Beyond for a few years and never to the Concord store. I was amazed how kind and sweet Shelly and Amanda were. They were helpful and cheery and did what they could to find the right size for me. It was a great experience and this will be the only Scrubs & Beyond store I will visit from now on.
