Terrible. My fridge was not repaired. They were "unable" to send the repair person back that day. Will never use Sears again
Called and lodged a "dispute". They came, charged me 457$ for a repair that didn't work. When they did come back, they wanted an additional 904$ (including labor which they said I wouldn't be charged for) and one of the parts they wanted me to order was the same as I'd already ordered for the previous repair attempt (that didn't work). Again... never using sears again

Michael T arrived on time and did a professional repair job. I would recommend him without question.
Sears Appliance Repair's policy of making the home owner get rid of the defective parts and boxes the new parts came in needs some review where Senior Citizens are concerned, especially where the part(s) are very heavy or have sharp edges.

If I could give a zero I would. Waiting for parts since May and no communication from sears. No call from technician as to arrival time. I also did not make this appointment.
One part never delivered yet the repair tech on two visits, no show on one and never entered house on other but indicated he repaired dishwasher. No show and no parts. Not sure how a repair happened. Both times tech was Jordan.

I was surprised at how fast Sears was able to send out a repair person so quickly. I called yesterday about the problem I was having with my Refrigerator and the problem was fixed today. Repair person was professional, respectful and knowledgeable on fixing the problem.

The tech was very professional and patient. He checked my system diagnosis the problem and fixed it. I would rate him a 5 and if i could it would be a 10.

Technician was great. Their scheduling not so much. I waited 8-4 for a scheduled appointment and they rescheduled me by text. Very inconvenient.

Third party Technicians must be high because they never freaking show up even though you have all the parts. Oh and when they do a month later they finally figure out the problem because they do zero planning, so they have to order more parts and reschedule again, and then on the day they’re supposed to come back they’ll mark service complete without even showing up. I keep getting told to contact customer service to fix my issue and it does NOTHING. I’ve been run in circles countless times.

Absolutely TERRIBLE experience. Waited almost a month, was sent at least a dozen reminders, each of which i responded to, and they were a no show.
Tried to call, got a button pushing nightmare. Tried to chat and they refused to recognize the number to which they sent those constant reminders, saying there was no such mumber in their files. Tried to enter vlsim # and it kept kicking me out.
