once I set up my reservation online it was maybe 5 minutes later when Richard call to assist me with getting into my unit with no issues gave me the price the total price the activation fees the administration fees and everything whereas usually people leave that part out and when you get there it's way more money than you expect but Richard told me everything up front.
From what I see so far there is no dropping the ball they have each other back there, to make sure customers are satisfied and things did not fall through the cracks follow up calls.

Candy is outstanding! I’ve rented multiple units and she has always been the consummate professional, pleasant to work with knowledgeable, and above all; keeps her word - will return a phone call quick! I wish we had more like you where I work!
