The person at the Kingshighway Sherwin Williams store was so polite and helpful. She made me feel welcome, even though I did not have a large order. She was fantastic.
However, I needed help with the paint, and I was in Chesterfield, so I went to the Sherwin Williams at the Gordon Plaza Shopping Center, 15539 Manchester Rd, Ballwin, MO 63011. A man (red hair, tall) working at that store was rude and treated me like I had no business being in his store. He did not say a word after my question, when I thanked him, he ignored me, there was a contractor in line behind me, who witnessed the entire thing, and as I left he smiled, shook his head, and said after this order he would not return. My painting knowledge is not strong, so I am grateful and humble when asking questions. I will never return to this store.
Again, the person at the Kingshighway store was a wonderful salesperson.

I absolutely love working with this Sherwin-Williams location. Never have I had a bad experience and they always bend over backwards to make sure that all my needs are met professionally and timely. It is my go to store and the sales representatives are awesome!
