The paint is great....the customer service is not. They will not offer assistance or even acknowledge you when you walk in the store.

This store and anyone who works here are disappointing. They are not helpful or nice. A bunch of jerks who don’t care about the customer. They mix paint poorly and try to upsell you on everything. Everything in the store is trash. I might as well just go to Home Depot after my experience.

This was our first time shopping a Sherwin Williams. We are hooked! The associate was so helpful! Gave us the exact colors we wanted! We will never buy paint anywhere else!

Liz was great! I came with a Pinterest color I liked from Behr and she was able to find a comparable color within their line. Speedy service and nice employees. :)

Friendly, helpful service. Plenty of painting supplies to help you get the job done. They even carry stains for wood to help get your projects completed. Recommend using these guys!

Right when I walked in Dylan assisted me. I showed him pictures of what I was wanting to do and he set me up with everything I needed. He was so nice, I will definitely be returning to this location if I need anything else.

GREAT customer service and the staff is very knowledgeable, too. Paint prices are ridiculously expensive however the level of service received at this location makes up for it.

If I could give this store zero stars, I would. I was in there for no less than 20 minutes today. There was one other person getting paint mixed and three employees that I saw. Only one was engaged with a customer...the other two were talking to each other while one presumably was scanning inventory. Not a single person aske if I need help....not a word, not even a hello when I walked in the door. 20 minutes and nothing. Was selecting paint to repaint the entire house I just bought. Will be taking my business elsewhere.
