Went to the Crestwood location to buy paint for two bedrooms that I hadn't painted in years. Wanted to be sure that I bought high quality paint and knew how much to buy. Explained to the staff person the room sizes, two windows and two doors, plaster walls, and what color I was covering. We agreed that two coats would probably be required and he said I would need two gallons per room. Well, I just finished the rooms, and while the color/quality is great, and they did both need two coats, I have a full gallon (plus an inch in each first gallon) of each color remaining. With the cost of paint at SW this is a waste of over $110. So high marks for paint quality, low marks for service. Probably will not return as my reason for picking SW was to get expert advice.

Went in with a paint match and spoke to Aaron who told us he could tell the sheen if we knew the paint color. He did not however tell us that we could not return the paint if he was wrong on the sheen.

I have been dealing with the Crestwood location on Watson rd. Everyone there has been extremely helpful and very knowledgeable of the paint products, and information, I have asked about so far. They have been amazing at staying in contact with me. Francis and Logan are both very helpful!!I'm very happy I went with Sherwin Williams for my paint needs. We are repainting our house after 23 years and I fell in love with the Evergreen Fog color. Plus 3 accent colors that were recommended.ThanksVery Satisfied Customer

The Watson Road Sherwin Williams store is well-organized and the employee, Dylan, who helped me was friendly and knowledgeable.I needed to create a custom color without a color match. Dylan nailed the exact color I was looking for. He was patient with me as I explained my needs and concerns and was eager to help me find a solution.

My short-term kitchen remodel project started with some DIY repainting job of the ceilings, walls, and cabinets to give my kitchen a brighter, fresher feel to prepare for the new countertops. I wanted some whites but 3 different shades and texture. I looked online and did my research but ended up coming in with barely a clue on what I am actually looking for. There was only one employee working that day but he was very helpful and regretfully, I can't recall his name. Anyway, I asked him about whites and what his thoughts are about the texture for the different surface area I wanted to paint. He offered his suggestions and I went with them after a few minutes of deliberation and I'm really glad I did because I love the selection! He was super helpful and demonstrated a great deal of patience as I paced the store while trying to decide. I wasn't sure how much of each paint I needed so I asked if there is a way they can enter it into their system. He did and I was grateful as I came back the following day for more of my wall color. Purchasing was a breeze and he walked the paint out to my car after mixing and boxing them up. I had a very pleasant experience!

Loved the color and the salesman was so helpful in selecting the color and type of paint.
