THEY WILL STEAL YOUR STUFF!!!!!!! UNPROFESSIONAL, UNTRUSTWORTHY AND ABSOLUTELY INFURIATING!!!!
If I could give zero stars, I would. This company rescheduled my move TWICE!!!! Disrupting my plans and wasting my time. But the real nightmare began after the move was finally completed.
Several of my designer items were stolen. Yes, STOLEN. We're talking Christian Louboutin heels, Tory Burch purses, UGGs, Kate Spade bags, and more—totaling THOUSANDS of dollars!!!! These were not misplaced. They were picked up from previous residence, and never delivered to the new one. A police report has been filed.
To make matters worse, the company responded with evasive excuses and finger-pointing, hiding behind their movers’ so-called “excellent track record” instead of owning up to the theft. The stolen items weren’t buried or hidden—they were in transparent cases, plainly visible and unmistakable. Just a blatant disregard for responsibility. Simple Moves refuses to do anything about my loss since I do not have proof of purchase for the items that were gifted to me. That same company claims to be reputable.
If you value your belongings, your time, and your sanity—STAY FAR AWAY from this Simple Moves!!!! I wouldn’t trust them with a paperclip, let alone thousands of dollars in personal property.

The movers who showed up reeked of weed, they chipped multiple doors, and also clogged my toilet without fixing it. When I asked the company to compensate me for the damage, they offered a 15 min credit and were quite rude and unresponsive on it. I would not use them again and would not recommend them - even if they are cheaper than others, beware!

Nick and his crew were awesome! Professional, friendly, quick, funny. I had a delicate and expensive headboard, and they treated it very carefully. I expected that a moving company would be rough with my things. But they treated my things as carefully as I would treat them myself. I was happily surprised by every aspect of the move - they were quick, and they treated things carefully. I'm very glad we chose this company.

-Extremely careful movers. We had many very fragile collectibles of all shapes and sizes and these guys treated each peace with the utmost care. They were very personable and made the experience enjoyable!!!

The 2 gentlemen that moved my couch were excellent! It was a difficult in-house move that involved a very tight corner and they did everything possible to make the move happen without damaging anything. 10 out of 10 recommend Dakari and the younger gentleman with him. They also worked well together as a team.

True professionals and an excellent moving experience. (And I have had some horrendous moving experiences) My team did a two piece move with a complicated staircase with ease. Their price was the most reasonable to any other moving company I contacted. Their name says it all, Simple Moves…They make it simple! And affordable!
