STAY AWAY from this store and this manager!!! WORST Experience with buying anything!!!! After spending $5000 on a bed the install was horrible; we were left with a remote in 'update' mode by the installers. Well...the remotes never did work after the update completed and when we called Stephen the store manager at Lindbergh, he told me to download the app. I DON'T WANT TO DOWNLOAD THE APP STEPHEN; I WANT MY $5,000 BED TO WORK WITH THE REMOTE I ALSO PAID FOR. He told me to contact the 800number; useless!! The app also did not connect or work. Are you kidding me, $5k later and you can't support a customer?! I then tried to contacted Patrick our salesman who was very helpful before the sale and answered all texts...until after the sale... Crickets! Go and buy an Avacado, a Tempur-Pedic, anything but Sleep Number. These guys and this store and Sleep Number are scam artists just after the sale and their commission!

Buyer beware: please read before purchasing from this store! Worst mattress ever and shady business practices! Purchased the i8 split top with adjustable base. We did not like the split, and attempted to return. We were told we could exchange but not return. So, we exchanged for the non-split.
When we received the new mattress, it felt totally different, our bodies hurt every time we wake up, no matter what setting. The bed randomly deflates and both sides can be on the same setting, but feel different.
Like many others have said in their reviews, we were told everything was returnable by the store employee. It seems the response to these claims from the owner is that the receipt says you cannot. Well, everyone knows the receipt comes after the purchase, so that alone should be enough to show the deceptive business practices of this store.
If I could give the sleep number mattress and this store ZERO stars, I would.

Do not under any circumstance buy a sleep number. This store promised me a 25 year warranty on my bed. I spent over $10,000 on my bed, and 5 years later, this bed is falling apart, only to be told that by customer service that the bed isnt under the warranty explained to me, and I will have to pay over $500 to get it repaired. Warranty is pro rated, which means the longer you have the bed, the more expensive it is to replace these garbage parts. Would be cheaper to buy yourself a good $2000 mattress and replace it every 5 years. Sleep Number is nothing but a scam with salemen tha lie straight to your face

Fantastic customer service. We were instructed from start to finish and given a tour of what the systems can do to improve our sleep. The whole thing was quite painless and financing was a simple matter.

All furniture sales are FINAL!!! Despite what the sales men/women tell you. If you decide you need/want a different size they won’t even let you exchange the item for the new size. Even when 2 different sales associates tell you that you can place the order and make a change if you need to.The store, of course, is denying they made any such statements to me and my wife. And Sleep Number’s customer service will not even entertain the idea of listening to you. Just saying “you signed a legal agreement.”Shady and deceitful business practices with poor customer service.

This is our 3rd Sleep# bed, the 2nd one from this store.My husband and I won't sleep on any other bed!We started out many years ago buying our first queen size from a friend. They bought a queen but immediately realized they needed a king.We bought our 2nd queen from this store and the process was as smooth as you could imagine. Our salesman was awesome.Two years later, we're back buying a split king so I can adjust and my husband can lay flat. To each his own. ;)I can't say enough how good we sleep on all of our Sleep# beds. I feel sorry for those that don't have one.
