I was helped by Ari Baker and Josh.Josh had helped me the day before. He guided me through the available smart phone options, as well as gave me information about available flip phones. (I almost went flip, but that's some real old-school style stuff)The next day, I purchased a refurb phone and needed a SIM. Ari was very polite, and helped me get a new SIM into my phone! While Ari was assisting me, a customer became irate and began to raise his voice with Josh (Bad day maybe, it happens).Josh remained calm, cool and collected and continued to guide the customer to understand his phone plan and charges included.The customer then said "You don't have to yell" to Josh. Who I repeat, remained calm.Too funny. ?

If I could give 0 stars I would...I was coordinating with my dad and another Tmobile store to add a line on my family's plan and trade-in/upgrade my phone (my dad lives out of state and owns the plan and I couldn't go with him to do this). When I explained the situation to the sales associate here, I was shamed for not being able to complete my transaction at the out of state store and told that I was hurting this stores commission. Despite me apologizing and explaining the odd situation the sales associates were extremely uncooperative and rude, interrupting me on multiple occasions and stating "that's not my job" when I asked for some basic understanding and kindness. I was talked down to and was told they were "unable" to complete the phone trade-in and activation. I left empty handed though it was clear they could have helped, just didn't want to since they were not going to make commission off of helping me. (I was the only person in the store and there were multiple t mobile associates not doing anything so it's not like I was keeping anyone from helping other customers). The kind folks at the Chippewa store down the street were extremely nice, so much more understanding, and were able to help me with no problem at all. DO NOT go to this store, just go down the street to the Chippewa location where you will actually be treated like a customer and not just a source of commission.

This is by far the worst experience I have ever had with a T-Mobile store. I cane to this store to do a warranty to do a warranty exchange and the experience was very inefficient and unprofessional. On November 11th, I called the store to make sure my warranty device was there and that I would be able to make the exchange. They said yes come in on Sunday and they will take care of me. When I came in my only off day from work to take care of the issue, they claimed that could not give me my new phone because the warranty was already completed. I called a tmobile care manager who confirmed the warranty was not complete based on Tmobile policy and that the store needed to give me my new phone. The tmobile care rep asked to speak to a manager who was for some odd reason, not present at the store during store operation. Both the tmobile care supervisor and me were told to speak to the store manager on Monday. I alerted them I would have to take off work to come back monday (today). When I arrived at the store the manager simple gave me my gave me my phone without any apology, I had a tmobile care rep speak to her and she literally said, "why they need to speak to me." This store told me that I would have to send off my own old phone back to tmobile which is not exchange policy. In store exchange policy means the store is supposed to send off the old device once it is returned. Also the store let me sit and try and transfer my own data and sim without offering any assistance. I had to ask. Very disappointed with this store. If it wasn't for customer care I would have walked into another carrier today.

I had a great experience at store 3SGI with Tony M. He was quick to greet me and listen to what issue I was having. Tony was able to figure out a plan of action fast. He efficiently multitasked helping me setup and activate my home internet while on the phone with customer care handling issues on my account. Tony solved everything fast! Thank you Tony so much for being very professional and kind and making a stressful situation less stressful.

Amazing staff! I needed to return equipment to T-Mobile and didn’t have time to pack it up myself and return it, so I stopped at the store to have them do it. They were friendly and helpful even though I wasn’t buying anything.

This was a corporate location and they were much easier to deal with than the authorized dealers. I did not know there was such a difference I am glad I went to a corporate location I got much better service they seem to actually care and know what they're talking about they weren't just pushy sales people so I really really do appreciate everything they did for me they even got me to sign up for their Wi-Fi which I was thinking about doing for my rental property. I'm very very happy with my experience. The salesperson even gave me his personal cell phone number and said call him anytime if I have any issues or questions I couldn't believe that no one does that that was pretty cool. They help me fix my phone and I have their Wi-Fi now I was needing extra Wi-Fi so it worked out well.

Tony Massey at the Kingshighway location was absolutely fabulous!! He was so patient and worked miracles making sure everything went smooth. He was awesome! Give this man a raise!

A nice little shop and a great staff. Able to answer my questions and get me on my way in minutes. T-Mobile seems to have a very good hiring program, haven't had a bad experience yet.

The workers here care about their positions. Shop in store not online. We don't want machines replacing our humans. We love it here.

Store manager Augusta really helped me out. My phone was giving me a message that it wouldn't charge due to moisture in the charging port, but instead of just trying to sell me a new phone, Augusta took the time to clean out the port and fix my issue. Thanks!
