Was Easy change from sprint to T-mobile. Very helpful at location same reps that was there when I was on sprint. I really liked that.

GO TO A CORPORATE STORE. THIRD PARTY BAD. Sprint/T-mobile isn't the problem. We signed for unlimited at this location. They lied and said it would update next billing cycle. WRONG. Go back, get unlimited, next billing cycle. Wrong. Finally we went to a corporate store and got what we needed. DON'T GET THE HASSLE OF GOING TO A THIRD PARTY STORE. The only thing I can think to use them for is issue with a phone itself.

Horrible! Was told my new service would be one price and then the bill was $50 more than what i was told. Went in to the store and was told by district manager they would credit the account and apologized. After two more visits and told they fixed the problem still nothing. Now well after the 30 days was forced to drop all insurance on phones to be able to afford the service even though I was told that the service would include all of these things with a much lower price. Very disappointing I would never recommend Sprint.

Excellent experience! Visiting the mall and inquired about new service as we were looking at phones and received Top Notch Quality customer service from Simone. She went above and beyond to answer all of our questions... And we had many! She was patient and she got us the best deal we can possibly get... Beating our current provider by $65 per month and we got a better phone! She went through everything with us and made sure we left satisfied. Very happy with the service we provided and will definitely return to this location... Even though we live 45 minutes away!

Had my phone shoot craps on Saturday but was nowhere near close to being able to upgrade or renew my lease. Called and talked to Bree on the phone and got some information about what would be needed to get a new device. Although it was a little nerve wracking, both Bree and the store manager Chris took exceptional care of me and my account. They found the best option and most cost effective and got me a new phone quick!! Cannot say enough good things about Bree to start with, who despite being off at 6 stayed to try and get something done which paved the way for Chris to help get it done. Both of them deserve some recognition for their hard work and dedication to resolving an issue that wasn't easy in the slightest!! I would highly recommend seeing them if you are in the market for new phones or service!!!

Horrible customer service! At first went I bought the phone they just were not knowledgeable on a lot of things and main response was “I don't know.†That's fine to not know but you should find out & follow-up. It's called customer service. Then I went back to return my device within the 14 day period to the same store. I walk in, employees were not very welcoming. Breanne who assisted me did not do her job properly, and while she was processing the return, you could tell she did not want to be there. Wasn't rude but wasn't pleasant. Just seemed like she didn't want to b there, even mumbled how she needed to go to lunch. She didn't process the return correctly bc she clearly wasn't trained or didn't grasp the training provided. She told me I had to call customer service & cancel myself. I call and sit on hold and transferred back and forth for an hour..they told me the store was supposed to cancel it & I have to go all the way back up to the store. I was irate, bc I asked Breanne E. SEVERAL times if she was sure that was the correct steps and I have to use my gas & my time to go back up to the store. So, I call up there & ask to speak to a manager, I was informed I needed to call back in a day or two..no that will not work I need this taken care of within the 14 day return policy..so I tell Darius S who answered I called customer service and Breanne did not do her job to it's entirely & they need to cancel the lease of the phone. He just kept say no we can't do that bc we are a 3rd party you have to go into a cooperate office or call customer service. I told him, no clearly he wasn't trained either bc I called a cooperate office and customer service said I need to get it cancelled with the 3rd party store I activated the phone from..I was very irate at this point, bc he just kept repeating himself clearly incompetent and not knowing how to perform his job as well. Well he just hung up on me and I called back twice to obtain a managers name and they didn't answer. Finally I called back customer service and got someone name Rovee who called the store to tell them how to do their job. The manager needs to train on customer service and hire ppl who will do their job and not accept incompetency. I would not recommend going to this store. I would recommend going to a cooperate store it is quite evident that they are not trained equally.
