I had simple billing question for something I overpaid on t mobile app. I got dismissed by Criss in very arrogant way once he looked up my account , basically saying call customer service and you probably won’t get your money back.Big smile on his face pretty much telling me I shouldn’t pay it onlineUnbelievable! Never experienced anything like that. Left the store speechless !

Go to another store. Went in two days ago with an issue. A nice younger guy helped me with a reset and said if issue continues, please come back and they'll do a network reset (initial phone reset appeared to fix the issue). However, issue continued so went back in. Another older gentleman "helped" this time and stated "we don't do tech support and neither do any other stores". I know this was completely bogus. But then he tried to say my only option was to upgrade and that they'd give me trade in credit towards iPhone 15. Left and went to the store up the street and they attempted a network reset and then said the phone would need to be replaced. And that it would be a warranty exchange and not force me into buying the latest phone. This store does not care and is unwilling to help. Poor management.

Shout out to both Gregg and Chriss. Gregg handled my new home internet service.Chriss had the unfortunate job of dealing with the return. I had high hopes for the 5G home internet but couldn't get the performance with the standard router. The building has brick and concrete walls and not few windows. Cellular signals have a hard time getting through that.Chriss spent a lot of time with me to get the return processed. He even went further by assisting me to fully close the account. This would have been something I would have to do later when I got home, but he stepped up and dealt with it in the store. I really appreciated that extra level of service. Thanks.

Criss, the manager at the Sunset Hills location, was incredibly helpful to my daughter and myself yesterday! The level of customer service we received far exceeded our expectations! He took care of internet and new phones for both of us. Would highly recommend this store and all the employees were just as friendly and helpful as Criss! What a rarity these days! Just fabulous!

Very friendly and professional service. Jaylyn helped my family transfer three lines from Verizon while adding a fourth line to our new T-mobile account. She was extremely helpful, patient, and a great communicator. Strongly recommend coming to this store for your T-mobile cellular needs.

Stopped in to return my old phone on my new account. The guy checked in and said they would just be a minute. About 10 or 15 minutes later I went up to him and ask him how much longer it’s gonna be any. He said a half an hour!!!!Of course I left. If I’d known it would be that long out of simply come back later, which all probably do.

Not much help in store with customer promotion issue. Attitude of; "don't bother me with this, call customer service number." Sorry, no sale.

This place is total garbage, try to tell me I'm not authorized user to add tablet to my acct which I had for past 18 years. When i asked for manager to speak to he came and confirmed same false info. I called TMobile and spoke to them directly, they handled my situation automatically added table. This place is nothing more the garbage with head of the department dumber than box of rocks...

I suppose this store rates 5 stars if you are dealing with an Apple product. The employees were polite, and kind but seemed to really only know Apple products well. I realize that there are so many phones and watches these days but then maybe different employees should be assigned a different product - Apple, Android or Google.We have almost always had Android phones and watches. They struggle with those. I ask everytime that I go in there about T-Mobile's Visual Voicemail and I'm told that it's now free and we all have it. But, what I'm talking about doesn't work or isn't free. They don't realize this has changed nor do I. It's taken me a long time to figure out that we were talking about 2 different things. Selecting message playback order is called Visual Voicemail so I guess I need to ask for the Visual Voicemail that is not free but is transcribed? So, I get very specific and say that I am talking about the Visual Voicemail that shows a transcribed version of a phone call. Yep, it's free they say, except it's not. This is something T-Mobile was providing for free to a Deaf customer. The free Visual Voicemail lets you check your calls and select them in any order you prefer to listen to them. We really depended on the transcribed service and they told us we could call customer service to see if they'd reinstate it. The frustrating part is that we spend hours in the store and make many trips just to get a new Galaxy watch or phone set up. (I think 6 hrs and 2 trips for my recent watch & phone purchase. Somehow my watch calls/texts would show family it was me and sometimes it was an unfamiliar number and they ignored me.)Sometimes, we have to do internet searches in the store for so much of what we want to know.But, the employees have always been patient and take their time trying to help us. So, it's probably a 5-star Apple store for watches or phones.I realize Google phones are newer products but they steer you away from them. But, it's a great phone for Deaf people as it captions phone calls. Maybe the employee should just mention the pros and cons or find out a customer's specific needs first. Some people might really want an amazing camera, another wants to text or email a lot. A person might want a phone for gaming or video streaming features or just the basics. Maybe it would be nice if an employee knew the accessibility features of various phones and watches even if that isn't your biggest customer base. It's the right thing to do.I really wanted to give them 2½ stars just because they seem to really know Apple and not much in-depth about other products. So, again, maybe 5-stars as a T-Mobile Apple outlet, 2-stars for other products, then maybe 4-stars for customer interaction.

I visited the store on 07/14/23. The young lady helping me made sure I knew everything I needed to know about my new phone before I left the store. Her patience was greatly appreciated!! The Sunset Hills Mo T-Mobile store gives amazing customer service! I will definitely return there if needed.

Recently went in to open a new account with 3 lines. Dejah provided amazing support all the way through. Clearly explained the different plans and pricing available. Provided easy to follow details on what I would need to provide to port my numbers over. Supported me in starting the account, and provided after-sale support when my first bill required adjustments. She demonstrates what others ought to strive for in customer service.

I was Having issues with my Internet Due to a company wide issue With the modems. They wanted to charge me 35 bucks to have replaced. Criss and Jaylyn were wonderful and waived my fee and got me a new modem. They are wonderful! If you ever have issues go see them at the Sunset Hills store. Thanks so much!
