My interaction with LaTonya in the lending department was disappointing to say the least. Her customer service skills are non existent, response times are unacceptable and her communication (when it does happen) is far from thorough.

The most useless credit union. You apply for a loan and never hear back from them. You call them back after weeks only for them to tell you were declined the next after you applied for the loan.

I was searching for an ATM and was completely shocked that most STLCCU do not possess them outside or through a drive thru.
