I got a gel manicure. The tech was a sweet lady and she gave me exactly what I wanted. It was my second time getting my nails done and the tech last time was also very kind. I’m happy with the service I’ve gotten so far and will be back next time!

I had a horrible experience with being up charge for removing my nails. I was sold a powder set instead of a full set on March 19th. In less than 2 weeks they needed redone including the pedicure. To correct the problem I returned to only be charged another $53 dollars for a botched nail job.
They are a rip off.
Looks classy, but is trashy. But they will get you drunk(they have wine)🍷 but they won’t get your nails done without $100 in your pocket. I will never return. Awful

I've enjoyed every nail tech I've had here. I appreciated the attention to detail with my massage and the fact that my technician actually listened to me about my desires.

Went with my little niece to get our manicures and the workers kept giving each other looks about how my niece kept talking. She’s only 8 and was excited to get her nails done, not be judged/mocked

They destroyed my nails by using a coarse nail file that weakened my nails and they all started chipping off after leaving. They clipped my cuticles so short that I left bleeding. I was sore for days and could hardly use my right hand it was so sore. I also got the top tier pedicure but I'm pretty sure they skipped steps. I got a pedicure and then a manicure after and was done in 45 minutes. It felt so rushed. Will never go back.

hello. I just wanted to come on here and say I went to star nails on Saturday 2-1-2025 for a pedicure by KIM and she was very rude about everything. she barely knew what she was doing! BEFORE I even sat in the chair I showed her a picture of the des I wanted and asked if she was able to do it she said yes. as she’s doing the design I noticed she wasn’t doing what I asked her so I showed her the picture and said this is what it’s supposed to be and everytime I said something about it she would act slow or confused and ask different questions to avoid what I asked like she didn’t know! her fellow co workers had to intervene in the conversation.. they were asking me what I wanted like I didn’t say it more than 5 times and before I sat in the chair! They even told her the same thing I’ve been saying and she still didn’t do it and was rude about it! Someone had to come over and help her, I would not recommend this place at all

Star nails have been my favorite nail shop every since I was a little girl. They do A1 nails and have great customer service it feels like home there.
