Very rude person. Tall man wearing a mask. just bought a venti latte, peanut butter bar and warm banana bread slice on the app.Picked it up and went in to ask if I could get (2) $10 for a $20 bill. Rude response was no. No reason. Just no and twice. Was taken aback the first time. Would have been nice to say why...

It's a Starbucks. Here's the breakdown:Pros:- Large enough, room to sit and work, chat- Well-trained staff, good drinks.Cons:- Difficult to access the parking lot- Out of most food products- No soft seating- Service is a little slowParking: Difficult to access the parking lot. You can only enter if you are traveling certain directions on the adjacent roads.

I am left wondering when it suddenly became acceptable for a large animal to walk through a retail food establishment unleashed. I was enjoying my breakfast sandwich yesterday morning inside Frontenac Starbucks across from the pickup counter. Suddenly a huge Irish Wolfhound stuck its nose into my food. The owner had a rope over his shoulder, not attached to the animal. A 160 pound beast kept me from responding when the owner smirked and said, " I guess something smelled good to him". Until I can be sure of not being accosted by an unleashed animal, I will not return to this place. I am shocked none of the staff said anything to him. Is there a Corporate policy preferring wandering dogs to paying customers?Note: The dog wore no vest or identification as a service animal, and the owner was clearly not physically handicapped.

This is a very busy Starbucks, so if you're coming in the morning be sure to place your order online to limit your wait! The staff is friendly and they work HARD. That being said, I try to only go here when I'm not in a hurry.

This is one of the busiest Starbucks I have been to. Yet they are always as professional as possible. They are patient, knowledgeable and really aim to get you your drink as quickly as possible. Some days they are very backed up, but they respond if you approach them even if they are in the middle of making drinks. One time I ordered from the wrong location, and they figured it out and made it there without an extra charge. Today, for various reasons, they gave me my money back AND my coffee AND made it out of order so I could take it with me. They did this without my asking and without me needing to raise a stink. Old fashioned customer service at its best. Of particular note - the tall, bearded young man who seems to be in charge (very quick coffee maker) and the lovely person at the cash register. Thank you for making a tough morning and week a little bit brighter.
