Pretty much every employee here is consistently mean. I do not know who spends 6-7$ on a subpar product and be consistently exposed to the kind of customer satisfaction these employees provide!

Was good, always is. However with being decaff you have to add the extra shots to get anything out of it. Plus $16 for 2 small coffees is ridiculous.

Boycotting this brand, but leaving one star because y'all need to stop causing traffic in front of the location. Bad location choice.

I waited in the drive thru on a Sunday at three pm for ten minutes without it moving, so I went in to order instead.There was no line at the counter and it took 30 minutes before I got my drink. When the people who ordered behind me got theirs, I asked about it, and it had been placed in the drive thru line (which also happened to the guy before me?) another woman waiting inquired about her drink and the barista claimed she had spilled her drinks on the floor. Despite the huge line at the drive thru, all employees were moving extremely slowly. There’s definitely some management and employee concerns here.

Waited in the drive-through for over 30 minutes. They blamed it on a large mobile order coming in before mine but that is no excuse for 30 minute drive-through wait.

This is the most unpredictable Starbucks ever. Half the time it's amazing. Then the entire staff will change (this seems to happen every few months) and the quality will drastically go down. Unfortunately I live very close to this one. I just pitched my 5th coffee from this location just in 2022.Im done. That's a pretty bad ratio of about 50/50. So, do yourself a favor and go somewhere a bit more consistent. You'll probably end up there anyway after this location somehow gives you an undrinkable coffee.Edit: Decided to try again on 7/2/2023. How do you screw up a $7 cup of coffee? Got up drove all the way here, drove home only to throw the entire order directly in the trash. I'm done with this company. I've never thrown so much out from one single business. Easily 60% of the stuff I'VE EVER ORDERED HERE ENDS UP IN THE TRASH.Update: 10/29/23 This place is still awful. Half my order was wrong. Starbucks doesn't give you an option to complain. Why does my wife like this garbage "coffee shop". God I hate this starbucks.

Hands-down the worst Starbucks that ever been to always have an amazing experience at Starbucks but today I tried a different location and I wish I didn’t do that. They messed up on my drink and had an attitude because they had to fix it and then on top of that, the drink still is disgusting.

I witnessed the staff at this location working efficiently with a joyful attitude. An older gentleman dropped a drink and the worker was so kind in the way she helped him clean up the mess and made a new drink for him.

35 min wait for coffee? No thanks I ended up leaving, it was 4 pm on a Sunday and they were not busy or understaffed like they claimed. I honestly feel like they told me a long wait time so I wouldn’t order anything and leave. Not friendly, not welcoming, horrible customer service.

Ordered online got there 8mins later...waited another 10min only for them to tell me they were out of my drink. The barista was very apologetic. This in not my first time at this location having this problem.
