We have stayed here a few times while on longer visits and have always had a great experience. The rooms are very nice and quiet.

The hotel is a great overall destination for those traveling for work or having a stay with kids. The pool : The pool is fairly warm with a sleek design. It goes from three feet to 5 feet. The floors are pretty slippery in there. The breakfast : The food is ok, the seating is great. The fruit is not super fresh. The eggs are great and they have a great variety of food. The laundry : they have FREE laundry which is so helpful and useful. YOU DO NEED YOUR OWN SOAP.the room : They have smaller one room, rooms and, bigger room with three rooms. They have great quality and very comfortable beds. The tv is large and the microwave is great. It really makes it feel at home. Also they dont have a bathtub they have a walk in shower which is very nice. The staff : The staff was very nice and helpful, they also checked in on us at breakfast frequently.Extras :They have a very big basketball court outside, you will need to ask the staff for the basketball. They also had a very nice fireplace outside with nice seating around it.They also have a nice gym.The hotel also offers a pantry with snacks, easy meals, and medical stuff.I love this hotel!

I am currently staying 4 nights at Staybridge Suites Westport - St. Louis from 3/4 to 3/7 for business. It is a beautiful location but has major management problems. I have complained to management, and my stay has been so inconvenient and troubling that I reactivated my Yelp account to write this review.I have had issues every single day of my 4 night stay, and had to move rooms 3 times due to issues. Below is a rundown of the problems I have faced so far:On March 4, during the afternoon I heard a dog barking in the room behind me. I called the front desk and they stated they would take care of it. The next day, March 5, at 6am and 7am the dog barked and awoke me both times. I called the front desk both times but they did nothing. I was told they cannot ask the person with the barking dog to change rooms, that I would have to, which is a major inconvenience. Also on March 4, I went to take a shower that evening. I'm in my 30s, active, and physically fit. But the shower floor was so slippery that I fell and landed on the floor on my hip, and have back pain still from that incident. After my shower I called the front desk, asking for an anti-slip mat and telling them that I had fallen but they said there was nothing they could do.On day 3, March 5, I moved into another room after work to avoid the barking dog, which took three trips up two floors and across the hotel, and in the second room the bed was collapsed on one side as if someone heavy had laid in the bed and broken many springs. I was then moved to a third room, and all of this moving took two hours of my time after a long day of work, and further hurt my back after the shower fall the day prior. The following day, March 6 (today) after returning from work, I was locked out of the room. Upon getting a new key and entering my room, I noticed a note on the counter that maintenance had been inside my room during the day without any prior notice and despite the 'do not disturb' sign on my door. I had made no maintenance request nor was given any warning that someone would enter my room. I prefer my privacy in my room, and do not like people entering my room when I am gone without my request or permission. Management simply stated that maintenance had their own list of rooms and so they had nothing to do with it?? There was no remorse for all the troubles and inconveniences that kept piling up every day. This place has great potential but horrible management. It has cost me more than 4 hours over 4 days dealing with everything. One thing after another. I cannot wait to leave and never come back. They have prevented me from ever stepping foot in an IHG property for the rest of my life.

This place was truly a home away from home. Here for a meeting; our group was well taken care of during our time together. As a guest here I was taken care of with so much kindness, humanity and care. Every single person working was kind. I saw staff enjoy eachother and get along well-which made for great teamwork in helping our group meet our needs. Super clean, great space! Highly highly recommend!

Easy to get to hotel, new modern and great price. They made me feel like a great guest with a guest of the day honors. My room was easy to get to. It also had a kitchen island, living room, two beds, all very clean, all modern, and a very quiet room so I slept very well, definitely recommend this hotel.

By far the best hotel I’ve stayed at while in St Louis. That’s saying something since I use to be a huge fan of other local and chain hotels. If you’re going to be somewhere for a week. This is where you need to go. The home like atmosphere is amazing.Rooms: Clean, big, well equipped. Keep it up!Nearby activities: Brewery, Edward Jobes home office. West port plaza. Lots of places to go.Safety: I felt safe. Not much else to say.Walkability: I could walk to multiple restaurants or locations.Food & drinks: O’fallen brewery is right next door. Literally out the front doors and at the end of the driveway practically. Great drinks nearby and food. As for the food here I didn’t have it. I’m not a breakfast fan and I wasn’t digging the Asian fusion choices. It was pretty packed so I just grabbed my own. But the smells were amazing.

Finally, a hotel that puts more than 2 towels in the room. Very clean, provided the extra sheets for the pull out couch at check-in, there was a lot of construction going on around the hotel at the time, and parking with a trailer is not ideal. We had to park across the street. Overall, it was a wonderful experience.

We got a 1 bedroom suite. The room was spacious and really clean. Even smelled good ? Breakfast was good with lots of options and open till 10:30 am for late risers. Will stay here again when in the area. Indoor pool was nice as well. One thing to note was that there was no tub in the bathroom. Not a deal breaker for us tho as the walkin shower was nice.

Great rooms! Had the two bedroom suite. Well worth the cost. Needed more breakfast options for long term guests. Could be a top 10 option for lodging with a few needed updates. Double bathrooms in the suites!!! Close to highways and various restaurants.Rooms: Two bedroom suites made you feel like you were in a short term house. Plenty of room for a family. Loved the two bathroom option for functionality.Nearby activities: Restaurants within walking distance!!!Food & drinks: You can have breakfast on-site or travel just around the corner for multiple options.

This hotel is definitely in need of some upgrades (as of 08/2023). The room was clean, but lacking in some amenities. There was only one GIANT pot, no USB plugs, the peeler was super dull and useless. Water pressure in the shower was extremely poor. Benches in the breakfast area were ripped, the breakfast food was thrown together and not very fresh (i.e. fruit had fruit flies, old hard scrambled eggs were mixed in with the fresher ones. Potatoes were dry and hard. The pool was very cloudy, no hot tub.Nearby activities: Activities such as science center and city museum were about 20-30 minutes away.

Great staff and even greater rooms. It has a centralized location with some bars and restaurants within walking distance, and the lobby is great for lounging or for some outdoor activities like playing basketball in the courtyard. The breakfast was also great with good variety. Only bad part was the luggage carts with flat tires, which made bringing up luggage difficult. Please, either put some air on the tires or change them to solid tracks.
