First time in this store and the cashier was incredibly rude and condescending to me and my husband. I felt like a peasant right from the get go with her artificial smile and side-eye combination to the way she instructed me to empty the items out of my basket. Wow!

They are my delicious store for their homemade products, in-house meats, bagels & rare to find foodie awesome appetizers, chicken salad, etc… The customer service from staff, Mgmt., & cashiers is always warm, friendly & top notch. I go to many grocery stores for certain items but Straub’s is my once a week stop to spoil my family & friends.

Meat, deli, bakery, variety is good. Be forewarned. Check labels for expiration dates and produce for spoiling. Unless you plan to consume day of because you're not getting fresh food.

I love Straub’s. Today, however, I was super disappointed l. I went to the deli counter to get fresh chicken salad and fresh ham salad. The woman working the deli handed me pre-packaged salads. The chicken salad had an expiration date of tomorrow. If I wanted pre-packaged (not a fresh scoop) I would have picked a container from the pre-packaged section rather than waiting at the counter. Both tasted fine but not cool Straub’s not cool. If a customer goes to the deli they should get the time of the person to weigh out their request not handed a prepackaged (expiring tomorrow) product, This was a truly disappointing experience at a grocery I have loved a long time. Honestly- you are only as good as the service you provide and today I was not impressed. I hope the next time I shop at Straub’s I receive the quality of service and product that has been the majority of my experience

Vicky the manager is a jerk to everyone including her own employees so I haven’t been back and don’t plan on being back to this store anytime soon she can have fun being a jerk to everyone while I go to other grocery stores that have much better people.

I love this place. Straubs is a small bougie grocery store. It's a foodie dream with all the items I haven't been able to find at the average grocery store. Pretzels with extra salt, chocolate bar with cherries and chili. Can't wait to try my Breadsmith bread! Friendly staff, too!

Straubs is an expensive grocery store and there are a few items here that you don't find elsewhere.... Hello Moroccan mint tea but at this particular location staff is rude, snobby, unfriendly and extremely unhelpful. They act like it's a chore rather than their job to help you. And heaven forbid you ask a question about money YOU are spending and why their machine is giving you an inaccurate total of the cashier hello old white/blonde lady with the infinite frown and rudeness that would keep a snake away. If you enjoy being looked down upon and treated like you are less than go here, otherwise you can find all Straub's has to offer barring a few items at a grocery store for much cheaper

Not great customer service. Ann seems like she’s having a bad day. She was annoyed that I asked where an item could be. She acted very annoyed. Sorry Ann. I don’t know the store layout like you do. Too many options out there to be talked to like that. I’ll go somewhere else when I need something.

Who doesn't love straubs. From their chicken salad, turkey dinners at thanksgiving or just to run in a grab something pre made for dinner. People working there are always friendly and eager to help.

This is one of my favorite grocery stores. I love their chicken salad and their Miss Hullings cakes. The Jeni’s ice cream is also amazing. My son likes the Oberweis.

My absolute FAVORITE Schnucks is all of WeCo. They have EVERYTHING!! They stay stocked on everything, have an amazing hot food bar, olive bar, and even live music sometimes. Fantastic service as well.
