I'm a first time home buyer and this was the worst experience ever. I was contacting Jordan, then started contacting Zack. I was literally sending Zack all my assets for 2 months. Then he needed another bank statement and more info on where the money was coming from that I was depositing( which is understandable). But to send statements every two days was kinda weird. I would always have to call to get updates, absolutely no good communication. Then the day I was suppose to close Jordan was out of the office and Zack was out also ? (kinda suspicious). I then ask a lady what was going on,she said she would get back with me, only to send an email denying me( adverse action) I was very upset that you guys did not communicate to me or my realtor the whole 2 months. But I moved on and it only took 3 weeks to get my home.

Stuart and Zack provided Premier level customer service to us from start to finish on a refinance. I really felt like with talking with them, they had our family’s best interest at heart. I’m glad to have made new friends in the mortgage business and look forward to many great days ahead!

Absolute first class experience. Super professional, super quick, worked outside of banking hours to get our loan done. Start to finish was about a week and a half application to close. Amazing experience. Stuart is top-notch and Shannon P. took care of us until documents were signed. Would recommend over and over again. They also sent a beautiful "thank you" gift as a housewarming gift. Highly recommend AMC!

I wish there was a 6th star. Never in my wildest dreams could I have imagined a smoother process with buying our first home. Stuart and his team worked with us fast, efficiently, and ALWAYS kindly. I was illiterate in the world of mortgages and he was patient and a true helpful. There's no one else I would use and recommend.

Seriously, home buying can be a stressful and lengthy process, but AMC got us clearance to close so quickly and easily! Stuart took the time to talk us through the process, and he made me feel like he was personally invested in my financial well-being. We'll continue using Stuart and AMC whenever we can!

Jordan Rosenbaum and Shannon were both unresponsive. Sat in the title office for the closing for 2 1/2 hours past the scheduled time because they didn’t send the documents. Closing docs were incorrect and no credit was given for the appraisal in the closing docs like they indicated it would be. I’d stay as far away from this lender as possible!

Stuart and his team did a great job in obtaining my loan. It was quickly done with no hiccups. Laura was excellent in processing the necessary items to get the loan approved. Old school too, if I left a message, she always called back promptly the same day. Hard to find that kind of service these days.
