Customer service was excellent. I rented a 45 ft boom. It was due to be picked on Friday. On Friday, it stopped working and they had a technician out within an hour. Due to the time lost, they allowed me to keep it until Monday. I am a very satisfied customer and would most definitely recommend their services.
