I've been to this store 3 times in the last couple of years. Each time the staff have been attentive, courteous and knowledgeable. Even during a busy time and down a staff member, they still gave excellent service. Best store and best service I've ever had from any mobile service provider. Thank you, I'll be back!

Horrible experience, i came to get my transfer pin because my phone is completely damaged and i cant receive pin to my phone. the workers refused to call customer service for me in store lying saying they cant do it

I purchased a $300 JBL boombox not two months later the battery is dead it will not charge. I take it back to the store they checked it out and did nothing for me told me to contact JBL the problem was they did not give me a receipt I had to call T-Mobile like they told me to do and after talking to three people I now can get a receipt now I have to fight JBL shame on you T-Mobile you do not deserve customers this is not how you should treat customers I don't recommend anyone going to the store and the owner should be ashamed of themselves. Update JBL was amazing they didn't even ask for a receipt they apologized on behalf of T-Mobile they sent me a UPS label said ticket to CVS drop off point they would send me a brand new unit immediately and they did JBL asked no questions they were amazing but T-Mobile you are awful and this store shouldn't even be open you treat your customers like absolute dirt now and now you charge $10 when we call in and we need something that's absolutely ridiculous I'm so embarrassed to even tell people I have T-Mobile now. Don't worry it will catch up to you T-Mobile you think you're too big to fail well you're not you keep this up and you're going to go downhill fast you got to know how to treat your customers and I am flipping furious with you people.

Went there to get my phone's screen protector fixed but they had nothing for my phone but I did purchase a Clip-4 Bluetooth speaker.

I came in on a Saturday to return a device of a deceased family member that was on my plan. The customer service agent over the phone said that I could turn it in and I wouldn't be responsible for paying the remaining balance on the device. I went into the store and spoke with a women. I notified her my family member on my plan was deceased which was the reason for me turning in the device. She gave no condolences and she said since I hadn't turned in the device within 13 days of purchase, I would still be responsible for paying. Her and the customer service agent had two conflicting answers. I left the store confused and with no solution. I tried to call the store manger, and no one answered. I am considering switching carriers soon even though I've been nothing but a loyal customer for 6 years.

Truly worthless company hellbent on entrapment, fraud, and negligence towards its customers. Complete contempt for human suffering and again, customer welfare. I hate TMobile and everyone who works at this store in particular.
