T- Mobile is a scam they are changing terms and conditions so you can't file a class action suit against them. I wonder WHY???Maybe it's because If you signed up for a free phone promo with them in the last two years then good chances are they used it to put you in a different plan without your consent and you are paying more for a phone that should have been free. By doing this it makes it look like people are paying for more lines on there service when really they should've been free lines. This artificially inflates there stock value by making it look like people are signing up for more paid lines, But really they were supposed to be free!

Very good experience here. I am 68 years old. Bought a new phone and reworked my T-Mobile plan. They helped me make sure all my favorite phone links were active. I heartily recommend this store. Good people - Cole was especially helpful, as was Ron too.

We went into the store today to get our bill straight due to Walmart messing it up. Cole was beyond helpful and professional. He helped us with an array of things in addition to the Walmart messing up our bill. Anything went and got my toddler a cup of water because she was thirsty he's definitely a keeper!!!!

The employees were very helpful, knowledgeable, and went above and beyond to guide me through the process of picking the most affordable plan with best deals for me. Ronal was extremely patient and is a stellar example of excellence and outstanding service, and is a model employee that t-mobile should model all employees on.

Tmobile sucks. No service, dropped calls - can't even make a call 75% of the time. Never experienced such terrible customer service. Was with Spring 20+ years, and as soon as Tmobile took over, everything went to hell. Had better service with my flip phone 15 years ago.

Had a complicated issue and multiple phone switchover, a real pain in the butt. Alen was the rep who helped me. He did an excellent job. Everything went smoothly and painlessly. Really appreciate great workers like him. T-mobile, hope you guys pay him well; he deserves it

Came in the other day as I was having some trouble with my phone and had a few questions about my bill. Admir and Dan were both very knowledgable and helped me out very quickly. Both were a pleasure to work with. Highly recommend this store.

Alen one of the sales reps was very helpful to me with an issue I was having with my phone yesterday. It had to be put in safe mode soon as I left the store it turned off . So I turned Back Alen helped me for at least 30 minutes or more . He was very patient with me and my phone looked up things to be able to help with my phone. He's very personable a little reserved but he is good with what he does. I appreciate him for the time that he took out to help me and now that he helped me I was still having the issue after the fact. But end result the issue actually was taking care of guess the phone needed time to process . I'm no longer having the issue with my phone anymore and I really appreciate him for that. Yesterday I actually felt like a T-Mobile customer. I felt like a person sometimes I feel a little overlooked when I come inside of T-Mobile stores.
