SoCo Target has one road in/out. Due to Costco gas station traffic, it took an hour to get out of Target parking lot on a Saturday afternoon.

There are always lines here. It seems like they dont have enough staff to attend patients at self check out also.

I’ve shopped at numerous Targets all over the country and this was the messiest and most disorganized store I’ve ever been to.
Also their Order Pickup was inconveniently placed in the back of the store. Why wasn’t it at the front near guest services like the majority of Target stores? The entire experience reminded me of shopping at Walmart.

I went after 8 p.m. on a Monday night, I believe, to return two items. There was no line, the cashier was great, and I wasn't there long (I had my receipts and the tags were still on both items). The store is usually clean and I enjoy the wide aisles when shopping.

I've shopped at Target numerous times, but each visit leaves me increasingly dissatisfied. For a store that’s known for its affordability, I find their prices surprisingly high. Items are frequently scattered across aisles or misplaced, making it difficult to find what I’m looking for. This clutter creates a chaotic shopping experience that’s more frustrating than enjoyable.
On the whole, shopping at Target is more of a chore than anything else. The store’s cluttered environment make it a place I’d rather avoid. I hope they consider improving these aspects, as it could make the shopping experience much more pleasant.

My husband just picked up the bassinet I ordered online yesterday. It was not at the pick up desk and they told him where to go to get it. He just had surgery on his collar bone and is not supposed to be lifting anything over 5 pounds and not once didn’t anyone offer to help him load the bassinet in a cart or in the vehicle. It’s very clear he is hurt with the big ole surgical sling he is wearing. They were just flat out rude.

Over 12 people in line for the Self Check out and about 6 or 7 for the regular checker. Took for ever to get checked out. If I hadn't drove all the way from Festus I would have just walked out.

Couldn’t keep an organized store if there were people’s lives at stake. Add at least 30-45 min to your time estimate here, because it’s a mess

Went in with my two young daughters (one has to be carried-infant). Older daughters shoe was untied and a staff member offered to tie it and did for her. Staff saw my struggling to hold my items at check out and promptly opened a lane to check me out and engaged in sweet conversation with my older daughter. Amazing customer service so thankful for them making my trip a little easier.

Excellent experience...Sal our carbide delivery person was prompt, friendly, courteous, and verified our order. Overall Target makes it easy to buy online and drive up to have it loaded up into my vehicle. Great job Target!

Good luck if you need to speak with someone in guest services.
To be fair I also called the Arnold location and received the same non service.
How many times do you let the phone ring at your business? 15 times before I hung up.
I get it, most employees are in the text generation, but it’s a business and they don’t offer texting.

Was at the Target on South Lindbergh Blvd. in South St. Louis. I always get the best service at Target.
