The customer service counter was unattended, and despite being only a few steps away, the cashiers refused to help and remained on their cell phones. This was very disappointing. Sigh. 2025/11/21 morning at 7:40

Two of the young ladies working at the Starbucks kiosk seemed very bothered to answer my simple questions and make a very easy order.
The overall store layout takes some getting used to since so much (yet so much missing) is placed in such a small footprint. If you have a flow with navigating other stores, forget it. The smaller style takes a bit to get used to. Staff should never be playing on their phones at checkout.

Been in there twice and never again. I’ll go to the one on Hampton just for better service. Everyone should free welcomed at a Target but not this one

Female with a bob that worked the contactless payment area around 4:15 pm on nov 10 doesn’t bother to refill grocery bags at the station. She watched me take bags from another station and refill my station. She was standing there staring at my station as it was flashing red for her assistance. I needed her to come by to check my I.d. And she acted like that task was a bother. I said thank you and she said nothing. Please hire people who actually wants to go there job.

This location never has anything that is listed on the app. The prices are always different in store than what is listed. Or the price on the shelves and what they ring up as are different. Instead of price matching their own website they’d rather have you walk out with no purchase. Cashier unhelpful and proceeded to give an along spiel about why she could/would not price matching. Target overall is on a great decline.

Only place a pick up order if you are ok with not receiving half of what you paid for and then having to return to the store to wait for the apathetic staff to retrieve the missing items.

Better not go to this Target with something in mind to buy. Odds are they won't have it. But hey, at least they have 6 different brands of water filters.

If you must shop at this location, I highly recommend that you take photos of the price tags and compare against your receipt. A bottle of shampoo rang up for more than the price tag indicated. I returned the item but the employee at the service counter did not seem at all interested in the situation. Now maybe it's only a dollar or two this time when I caught it, but it makes one wonder how often they get away with fleecing their customers like that. It should be a low bar to clear. It makes me want to steer clear of this store.

Why do you close at 9? Do they feel unsafe? I live in this community and tbh it’s more inconvenient to close early when I need something later. So I’d rather drive to Hampton or Brentwood. If you feel so unsafe to the point where you don’t want to shop there late… okay? Well others need a place to shop.

This morning the Lanes were slower than christmas(as usual), self checkout isnt open and it was unbearable.
Then all of a sudden the stunningly beautiful woman wearing a hijab walks behind to guest service.
I was lucky enough to have the awareness to go over to her to get checked out.
She was very nice which is unusual because whenever I come into Target in the mornings im never greeted or met with any sort of positivity. She greeted me with a slight wave and a smile. Such a gorgeous and vibrant woman is what that team needs.(as opposed to the disgruntled old man who despises man kind)
I couldnt get her name but all I remember is she had jeans on lol. High praise to her!❤️

Self check out has been down for a few weeks, leaving only 1 on register. Long waits and rude employees giving you attitude for asking a simple question (Jeri)
